臨床護理路徑在冠心病介入治療中的應(yīng)用

[摘要] 目的 探討臨床護理路徑(CNP)在冠心病介入治療中的應(yīng)用及護理效果。方法 將150例冠心病介入治療患者隨機分為觀察組和對照組，各75例。觀察組實施臨床護理路徑，對照組按傳統(tǒng)的護理模式遵醫(yī)囑進行護理。結(jié)果 觀察組介入治療后心律失常的發(fā)生率明顯低于對照組，住院時間、住院費用明顯少于對照組，而患者滿意度和護理質(zhì)量評分均明顯高于對照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.01)。結(jié)論 實施臨床護理路徑能夠減少冠心病介入治療患者的并發(fā)癥，減輕經(jīng)濟負擔(dān)，增強患者的滿意度，提高護理綜合質(zhì)量。

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Interventional Therapy for Coronary Heart Disease

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the application of clinical nursing pathway(CNP) in interventional therapy for the patients with coronary heart disease and its nursing efficacy. Methods We divided 150 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent interventional therapy randomly into observation group and control group，each consisting of 75 cases. The observation group received CNP，while the control group received routine nursing care in conventional nursing mode. Results The incidence rate of arrhythmia was markedly lower in the observation group than that in the control group，the hospital stay and cost were much less，and the satisfaction degree of the patient and the scores of the nursing quality of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group，with a significant difference between two groups，all P<0.01. Conclusion CNP can reduce the complication incidence，decrease the economical burden，enhance the patient satisfaction and increase the comprehensive nursing quality in interventional therapy for the patients with coronary heart disease.

臨床護理路徑(CNP)是一種對某種疾病的大多數(shù)患者最有效的照顧流程的護理規(guī)范。其目的是減少康復(fù)的延遲和資源的浪費，使服務(wù)對象獲得最佳的照顧質(zhì)量[1]。護理路徑的開展是順應(yīng)醫(yī)療發(fā)展的必然趨勢，是全面提高護理質(zhì)量的有效方法[2]，因此受到越來越多的關(guān)注。冠心病介入治療因其具有發(fā)病率高、介入醫(yī)療成本高、患者住院費用高、變異較少等特點適合于CNP的開展。本研究對75例冠心病介入治療患者實施CNP，旨在探討CNP在冠心病介入治療中的應(yīng)用及護理效果，為提出適應(yīng)我院現(xiàn)有醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生現(xiàn)狀的CNP并有效實施提供依據(jù)。

1資料與方法

1.1一般資料

選擇2002年7月～2008年6月在本院擇期行冠心病介入治療(PCI術(shù))的冠心病患者150例，其診斷均符合世界衛(wèi)生組織(WHO)1979年制訂的冠心病診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。……
