CT尿路造影與靜脈尿路造影在泌尿系疾病診斷中的比較

[摘要] 目的 旨在通過與靜脈尿路造影(IVU)比較，評價加壓靜脈滴注生理鹽水CT尿路造影(CTU)在泌尿系疾病中的診斷價值。方法 20例患者進行了CTU檢查，經過平掃和多期增強掃描后，對CT橫斷面及多種重建后泌尿系統影像進行分析研究。另20例非匹配患者進行了IVU檢查。將上述兩種方法顯影的雙側排泄系統分為4段:腎收集系統、上段輸尿管、中段輸尿管、下段輸尿管及膀胱，由兩名有經驗的醫生根據顯影程度進行評價。結果 CTU對排泄系統顯示均良好。1例IVU腎收集系統顯示不良，2例IVU對中段輸尿管顯示不良。結論 40層螺旋CT機CTU具有掃描速度快、憋氣時間短、侵襲性小的特點，同時可多平面、多方位、立體地顯示腎臟尿路血管病變，值得臨床推廣。

CT Urography and Intravenous Urography Urologic Disease Diagnosis of Comparison

[Abstract] Objective This article is intended through intravenous urography(IVU) comparison， evaluation of pressurized CT intravenous urography physiological saline(CTU) in urinary disease diagnosis. Methods 20 cases of patients，the CTU check unenhanced and scan，CT cross section and a wide range on the reconstruction of the urinary system for analysis research. The other 20 cases had been conducted in patients with non-matching IVU check. Will both methods of bilateral excretion system is divided into four segment: renal collection systems，Ureteral，Ureteral，down in the ureter and bladder，by two experienced doctors degree depending on the treatment of development. Results The system displays the excretion CTU are good.1 case IVU renal collection systems show bad，2 cases of ureteral IVU on display in. Conclusion 40 CTU multi-slice CT machine with scanning speed and this morning after a short time，aggressive small features，while multiple flat，multi-faceted，stereo view of kidney urinary tract clinical vascular diseases，it is worth promoting.

多層螺旋CT的廣泛應用大大提高了泌尿道疾病的顯示和診斷能力。本研究搜集2007～2008年在我院行CTU檢查泌尿系統疾病的患者20例，經平掃和多期增強掃描，從CT橫斷面及多種重建后圖像觀察泌尿系統影像表現;另20例非匹配患者進行了IVU檢查，通過兩種檢查的影像比較，探討CT尿路造影在腎臟和輸尿管疾病診斷中的應用價值。

1材料與方法

1.1一般材料

2007～2008年20例在我院進行CTU檢查的患者，其中男性12例，女性8例，年齡31～72歲，平均52歲，2例因B超發現腎占位，3例因B超發現輸尿管上段結石，其余15例因臨床有血尿進行檢查。另20例非匹配患者進行IVU檢查，其中男性11例，女性9例，年齡34～68歲，平均54歲。
