[摘要] 目的 通過實驗觀察化痰五味散對慢性支氣管炎模型的作用。方法 采用豚鼠組胺引喘實驗、豚鼠離體氣管條實驗、小鼠二氧化硫引咳實驗及抗炎實驗,對化痰五味散的平喘、止咳、抗炎作用進行實驗研究。結果 化痰五味散可明顯延長引喘潛伏期,對組胺引起的豚鼠離體氣管條收縮具有較好的抑制作用,明顯延長二氧化硫所致小鼠的咳嗽潛伏期,具有改善慢性支氣管炎性病變的作用。結論 化痰五味散具有明顯平喘、止咳、抗炎作用,可用于慢性支氣管炎的治療。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of expectorant Wuwei pulvis on chronic bronchitis. Methods An experimental study was made of the antitussive and antiasthmatic and anti-inflammatory effects of expectorant Wuwei Pulvis by using guinea pig histamine experiments,guinea-pig isolated tracheal strips in vitro experiments,mouse experiments of sulfur dioxide cited cough and anti-inflammatory experiments. Results The expectorant Wuwei pulvis could obviously prolong the latent period of asthma and had the significant inhibition of the contraction of guinea-pig isolated tracheal strips induced by histamine.It could obviously prolong the latent period of mouse cough induced by sulfur dioxide and had the improvement of inflammatory lesions of chronic bronchitis. Conclusion The expectorant Wuwei pulvis has significant antiashmatic,antitussive and anti-inflammatory effects,and can be used in the treatment of chronic bronchitis.

化痰五味散為蒙醫臨床常用藥,由沙棘膏、梔子、木香、甘草、白葡萄干五味蒙藥制成,具有清熱祛痰,止咳定喘功效。臨床主要用于肺熱久嗽,喘促痰多,胸中滿悶,胸脅作痛;急、慢性支氣管炎見上述證候者[1]。為了闡明其療效的理論基礎,我們對此進行了平喘、止咳、抗炎作用的實驗研究,為臨床用藥提供依據。
1材料
1.1動物
昆明種SPF級小鼠,體重(20±2)g,豚鼠,體重(180±20)g,雌雄各半,均由內蒙古民族大學動物室提供。

化痰五味散,由內蒙古民族大學附屬醫院提供,批號:071213;氨茶堿片,石家莊市中山制藥廠,批號:050922;磷酸可待因,青海制藥廠有限公司,批號:041213;地塞米松片,天津藥業集團有限公司,批號:020618。
1.3儀器
CC2170A型恒壓超聲霧化器(中外合資成都維信電子科大新技術有限公司);BL-420E生物信號分析系統(成都泰盟);熒光顯微鏡(上海)。
