摘 要:基于內(nèi)蒙古東、中、西部714份玉米種植戶的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),探究不同灌溉方式下農(nóng)戶的灌溉用水效率及其影響因素,應(yīng)用隨機(jī)前沿模型(SFA)對(duì)大水漫灌、噴灌和淺埋滴灌3種不同灌溉方式的農(nóng)業(yè)灌溉用水效率進(jìn)行測(cè)算,并運(yùn)用Tobit模型探究不同灌溉方式的灌溉用水效率的影響因素。結(jié)果表明:1)大水漫灌、噴灌和淺埋滴灌樣本的灌溉用水效率差異較大,淺埋滴灌的灌溉用水效率集中在60%~80%范圍內(nèi),而大水漫灌和噴灌分別集中在30%~70%、40%~80%范圍內(nèi);2)從生產(chǎn)技術(shù)效率看,3種不同灌溉方式的灌溉用水效率均有一定提高空間;3)大水漫灌、噴灌和淺埋滴灌在灌溉用水效率的影響因素方面有顯著差異,淺埋滴灌通過顯著性檢驗(yàn)的因素明顯多于噴灌和大水漫灌的。淺埋滴灌是提高灌溉用水效率的重要灌溉方式,應(yīng)加快大水漫灌和噴灌向淺埋滴灌轉(zhuǎn)型、提升農(nóng)戶節(jié)水意識(shí)及勞動(dòng)力受教育水平、加快規(guī)模化生產(chǎn)、提高農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化水平等,促進(jìn)灌溉用水效率的提高。
