黃河流域甘肅段生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展耦合協(xié)調(diào)評價

摘 要：為揭示黃河流域甘肅段生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展耦合協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系及時空變遷規(guī)律，基于2011—2021年數(shù)據(jù)資料，構(gòu)建生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展評價指標(biāo)體系，運用熵值法、綜合指數(shù)法和耦合協(xié)調(diào)度模型測度兩者的耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。結(jié)果表明：黃河流域甘肅段生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康綜合指數(shù)呈上升趨勢，從0.28上升至0.36，年均增長2.55%，各市（州）生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康綜合指數(shù)均呈上升趨勢，其中蘭州最高而甘南最低；黃河流域甘肅段經(jīng)濟發(fā)展綜合指數(shù)均呈上升趨勢，從0.23上升至0.31，年均增長2.89%，各市（州）經(jīng)濟發(fā)展綜合指數(shù)均呈上升趨勢，其中蘭州最高而臨夏最低；黃河流域甘肅段耦合協(xié)調(diào)度總體經(jīng)歷嚴(yán)重失調(diào)、中級協(xié)調(diào)、良好協(xié)調(diào)和優(yōu)質(zhì)協(xié)調(diào)4個階段，變遷態(tài)勢趨好，而各市（州）耦合協(xié)調(diào)度差異較大。因此，從平衡現(xiàn)實中經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與生態(tài)保護的關(guān)系、夯實地方經(jīng)濟基礎(chǔ)、加大生態(tài)環(huán)境治理資金投入力度和加大宣傳力度、提高社會參與度4個方面提出政策建議，以期促進生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康與經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
