基于供應鏈的船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群組織與運行研究

摘 要：文章旨在對基于供應鏈的船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的組織與運行進行深入研究。通過調(diào)查和分析船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，探討了供應鏈管理在船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群中的應用及其對集群組織和運行的影響。在組織與運行方面，對青島自貿(mào)片區(qū)船舶供應產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和“靖江船隊”產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈集群進行案例分析研究，闡釋了TOC和LEAN理論在提高管理水平和降低成本的實際成果，進一步討論了供應鏈管理對船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的影響，包括成本效益提高和船舶制造效率提高等。研究結(jié)果表明，有效的供應鏈管理可以促進船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的協(xié)同合作、資源整合和優(yōu)化配置，提升集群的競爭力和效益。研究深入剖析了基于供應鏈的船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的組織與運行，為產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供了理論支持和實踐指導。

Research on the Organization and Operation of Shipping Industry Cluster Based on Supply Chain

Abstract： The aim of the study is to carry out a thorough investigation into the setup and functioning of the supply chain-based shipping sector cluster. The study examines the implementation of supply chain management in shipping industry clusters and its influence on the structure and functioning of the clusters by looking into and analyzing the development status of the clusters. To demonstrate the practical application of TOC and LEAN theories in enhancing management and cutting expenses， case studies of the Qingdao FTZ ship supply industry cluster and the \"Jingjiang Fleet\" industry chain cluster are carried out in terms of organization and operation. Additionally， the effects of supply chain management on shipping industry clusters are examined， including the enhancement of cost-effectiveness and shipbuilding efficiency， among other benefits. The results of this study show that effective supply chain management can improve industrial clusters in the shipping sector's competitiveness and efficiency by encouraging cooperation， resource integration， and strategic resource allocation. The paper offers a thorough examination of the structure and functioning of supply chain-based shipping industry clusters， as well as theoretical support and practical recommendations for the sector's advancement.

0 引 言

根據(jù)聯(lián)合國貿(mào)易和發(fā)展會議的統(tǒng)計，全球80%的國際貨物貿(mào)易都是通過船舶海運進行運輸，船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)在國際物流中占有舉足輕重的地位。船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是指船舶制造過程中參與生產(chǎn)的機構(gòu)與企業(yè)都集中在一片特定的地理區(qū)域。這些參與者通常包括制造企業(yè)、船舶研究所以及提供制造技術(shù)的大學等相關(guān)配套企業(yè)，形成了一個緊密的產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)[1]。作為一種新興的組織形式，船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群近年來在全球范圍內(nèi)逐漸嶄露頭角，成為航運物流領域的研究和實踐焦點。……
