







摘 要:高質量發展是當前我國經濟社會發展的主題,而物流業作為社會經濟發展的重要組成部分,其傳統的高耗低效模式已經無法滿足物流業高質量發展的要求。為了探究物流業的高質量發展,文章借助SBM-Undesirable模型和Global-Malmquist指數模型,對長江經濟帶11個省市的物流業效率進行靜態和動態分析。研究發現:長江經濟帶物流業整體效率不高,區域差距較大,在空間上呈階梯狀分布格局;同時長江經濟帶物流業全要素生產率以年均4.5%的速度增長,影響其變動的主要因素是技術進步。在此基礎上提出:加大資金投入,發展低碳技術;發揮“龍頭效應”,推進協同發展等對策建議。

Evaluation of Logistics Efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt Under Carbon Emission Constraints

Abstract: High-quality development is the current theme of China's economic and social development, and the logistics industry, as an important part of social and economic development, its traditional high-consumption and low-efficiency model has been unable to meet the requirements of high-quality development of the logistics industry. In order to explore the high-quality development of the logistics industry, this paper analyzes the efficiency of the logistics industry in 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt statically and dynamically with the help of the SBM-Undesirable model and the Global-Malmquist index model. It is found that: The overall efficiency of the logistics industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is not high, the regional gap is large, and there is a stepped distribution pattern in space; meanwhile, the total factor productivity of the logistics industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt grows at an average annual rate of 4.5%, and the main factor affecting its change is technological progress. On this basis, it puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions such as increasing capital investment and developing low-carbon technology, giving full play to the \"leading effect\" and promoting synergistic development.

0 引 言
當前,我國物流業雖處在高速增長的階段,但總的來看其發展仍屬于要素投入型,存在著高成本、高能耗、高排放、低效率等問題。隨著面臨的資源環境約束日益加強,傳統的低效物流運營模式已難以為繼,推動物流行業向以效率為導向的發展模式轉變,不僅是時代對物流發展的新要求,也是實現物流可持續發展的必要路徑。長江經濟帶的發展在國民經濟發展中具有重要的引擎作用,因此,進一步促進長江經濟帶的高質量發展能夠更好支撐和服務中國式現代化。……
