








摘 要:為使跨境電商企業(yè)更合理地選擇物流模式,需要對其進(jìn)行科學(xué)的評價。以典型的跨境電商平臺速賣通物流模式的選擇為例,分別從企業(yè)特征、服務(wù)體驗(yàn)、物流總成本、產(chǎn)品特性、其他保障五個方面建立評價指標(biāo)體系,采用AHP和熵權(quán)法進(jìn)行主客觀賦權(quán),通過博弈論組合賦權(quán)模型得到相對均衡的組合權(quán)重,利用模糊綜合評價法對三種物流模式進(jìn)行評價,綜合得出結(jié)論,驗(yàn)證模型的科學(xué)性,為其他跨境電商企業(yè)做出科學(xué)合理的物流模式選擇提供參考。

Study on the Choice of Logistics Mode in Cross-Border Electronic Commerce——Based on Game Theory Combination Weighting Model

Abstract: In order to make cross-border e-commerce enterprises choose logistics mode more reasonably, it is necessary to evaluate it scientifically. Taking AliExpress logistics mode selection of a typical cross-border e-commerce platform as an example, this paper establishes an evaluation index system from five aspects: enterprise characteristics, service experience, total logistics cost, product characteristics and other guarantees, adopts AHP and entropy weight method to give subjective and objective weights, obtains a relatively balanced combination weight through game theory combination weighting model, evaluates three logistics modes by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, draws a comprehensive conclusion, verifies the scientificity of the model, and provides reference for other cross-border e-commerce enterprises to make scientific and reasonable logistics mode selection.

0 引 言
近年來,隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的深入推進(jìn),人們對多元生活的需求不斷提高,跨境電商應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,用以滿足不同國家人民的物質(zhì)文化需求,對于促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和貿(mào)易自由化具有重要意義。跨境電商不僅受到各級政府的高度關(guān)注,還得到了國家產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的大力扶持。2022年國家發(fā)展改革委印發(fā)的文件《“十四五”現(xiàn)代流通體系建設(shè)規(guī)劃》中,明確指出要大力發(fā)展新型外貿(mào)業(yè)態(tài),推動跨境貿(mào)易多方面發(fā)展,指導(dǎo)企業(yè)優(yōu)化海外倉布局,提升商品在國際上的流通效率。各部門也相繼出臺出口業(yè)務(wù)退稅、開放跨境支付方式等政策,這無疑為跨境電商的發(fā)展開通了一條綠色通道。
隨著跨境電商的廣泛應(yīng)用,其交易范圍已不再局限于某個國家,正如同一種物流模式未必適用所有跨境電商企業(yè),單一物流路徑也只適用于特定的市場或業(yè)務(wù)。……
