




摘" 要:產融結合作為金融支持實體經濟發展的重要方式,對推動物流企業實現高質量發展有一定的意義。文章通過研究企業持股金融機構的發展模式與物流企業融資約束的關系發現:物流企業可以通過持股金融機構的模式顯著緩解其融資約束,進一步研究發現相對于單獨持股銀行或同時持股非銀行金融機構而言,單獨持股非銀行金融機構對融資約束的緩解作用更強。文章為物流企業實現發展目標,改變發展窘境提供了實際性建議,并能在一定程度上完善產融結合的微觀研究。

Abstract: The combination of industry and finance, as an important way of financial support for the development of the real economy, has certain significance in promoting the high-quality development of logistics enterprises. By studying the relationship between the development mode of holding financial institutions and the financing constraints of logistics enterprises, this paper finds that logistics enterprises can significantly alleviate their financing constraints by holding financial institutions. Further research finds that, compared with holding banks or non-bank financial institutions separately, holding non-bank financial institutions separately has a stronger easing effect on financing constraints. This study provides practical suggestions for logistics enterprises to achieve their development goals and change their development dilemma, and improves the micro-research of the combination of industry and finance to a certain extent.

當前我國物流產業在市場上的重要性愈發凸顯,不論是經濟生活還是產業發展,原材料、產品及商品的運輸與服務均在整個經濟循環體系中占據重要的地位,特別是互聯網與科技技術的進步更是迅速地推動了物流行業的發展。當前我國的物流企業還面臨著比較大的融資約束,許多物流企業在追求市場競爭力及突破原有發展模式的情況下,由于缺少了資金的支持,導致發展模式的脫軌或者轉型失敗;此外,融資約束也直接導致物流企業持續經營的困難。而企業持股金融機構的發展模式能幫助企業參與金融業當中,發揮金融賦能產業振興與發展的功能,為物流企業的發展帶來諸多的便利。
