







摘" 要:考慮BOPS模式背景下,針對同時(shí)擁有線上和線下銷售渠道的生鮮零售商,研究零售商在BOPS模式下全渠道生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品定價(jià)以及利潤變化情況。文章采用數(shù)理模型等方法,考慮消費(fèi)者渠道偏好性和滿意度,基于消費(fèi)者效用建立傳統(tǒng)雙渠道和BOPS模式下零售商利潤模型,得出不同渠道下零售商的最優(yōu)定價(jià),并利用數(shù)值分析加以驗(yàn)證和擴(kuò)展。研究表明:增設(shè)BOPS渠道并不會永遠(yuǎn)給零售商帶來更高的利潤,零售商定價(jià)與影響顧客購物渠道的因素相關(guān);在各渠道麻煩成本較高且相同時(shí),消費(fèi)者更傾向于線上渠道購買生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品;消費(fèi)者對產(chǎn)品的滿意度和對渠道的偏好性是零售商選擇BOPS策略的重要原因。

Abstract: For fresh retailers with both online and offline sales channels, considering consumers' channel preferences, this paper studies whether retailers' pricing strategies after adopting the BOPS model and adding BOPS always bring higher profits. This paper adopts mathematical models and other methods, considers consumer channel preference and satisfaction, establishes the traditional dual-channel and BOPS model of retailer profit based on consumer utility, obtains the optimal pricing of retailers under different channels, and verifies and expands it by numerical analysis. Studies show that adding BOPS channels does not always bring higher profits to retailers, and the total profit of retailers is related to the factors affecting customers' shopping channels. When the cost of trouble is higher and the same across channels, consumers are more inclined to buy fresh products online; consumer satisfaction with products and preference for channels are important reasons why retailers choose BOPS strategies.

互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和移動智能技術(shù)的發(fā)展使得顧客的消費(fèi)觀念發(fā)生了較大變化,購物渠道也呈現(xiàn)多元化發(fā)展趨勢[1]。全渠道零售作為新零售發(fā)展的新模式,滿足消費(fèi)者購物體驗(yàn)的同時(shí),也提高了零售商的競爭優(yōu)勢[2]。BOPS模式即線上下單,線下取貨,目前成為全渠道零售模式最重要的策略之一。BOPS模式的開展可以解決消費(fèi)者購物體驗(yàn)差,退貨率高居不下等問題,因此BOPS模式下全渠道生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品零售商如何定價(jià)使零售商獲得更大的利潤成為研究的重點(diǎn)。
