甘肅省農產品物流發展水平研究

摘" 要：為了提高甘肅省農產品物流發展水平。選取甘肅省14個市州的農村經濟發展水平、農村物流發展水平和信息化程度等指標，運用因子分析法對甘肅省各市州的農產品物流發展水平進行評價，再運用聚類分析法對其進行分類。結果表明：（1）甘肅省各市州農產品物流發展水平存在較大差異，各個市州的發展水平不一；（2）聚類分析結果顯示，甘肅省14個市州按照農產品物流綜合發展水平分為3類。最后，在以上分析的基礎上提出了相應的對策建議。

Abstract： In order to improve the development level of agricultural products logistics in Gansu Province. The indicators of rural economic development level， rural logistics development level and informatization degree of 14 cities and states in Gansu Province were selected to evaluate the development level of agricultural products logistics of each city and state in Gansu Province by factor analysis method， and then the cluster analysis method was used to classify them. The results show that：（1）There are great differences in the development level of agricultural products logistics among cities and states in Gansu Province， and the development level of each city and state is different;（2）The results of cluster analysis show that 14 cities and states in Gansu Province are divided into 3 categories according to the comprehensive development level of agricultural products logistics. Finally， on the basis of the above analysis， the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.

" 改革開放以來，我國在農業發展方面取得了巨大的成就，農業生產總值從1978年的1 117.50億元增長到2022年的8.44萬億元，增長超75倍之多，糧食總產量由30 477萬噸上升至68 653萬噸。農產品物流業的發展程度會直接影響農產品價值的實現，其發展程度越高越有利于促進農民增收，提高農民的生產積極性。近年來，我國農產品物流發展取得了巨大的成效，2022年我國農產品物流總額5.3萬億元，增長4.1%。農產品物流業的快速發展離不開政府的扶持、政策的引導。2021年中央一號文件就明確提出要加快完善農村物流體系，促進農產品物流發展。2022年，中央一號文件指出，加快實施“快遞進村”工程和農產品出村進城“互聯網+”工程。一系列相關政策的出臺，為我國的農產品物流業提供了一個良好的發展環境。
