摘" 要:我國正處于低碳經濟發展的關鍵階段,物流業作為我國的重要基礎產業,由于其大消耗、大排放的特點與低碳理念相違背,因此急需綠色轉型。文章通過研究發現,物流業在綠色轉型過程中存在:缺乏轉型的內生動力、清潔能源技術的限制、缺乏資金支持等難題。而綠色金融作為一種金融創新,能通過創新金融產品與服務豐富融資渠道、分散轉型風險、推動相關技術研發與應用、與政府形成綜合支持體系,四個途徑推動物流業的綠色轉型。因此有必要推動綠色金融同物流業的互利合作,加速物流業綠色轉型,實現低碳經濟發展。

Abstract: China is currently in a crucial stage of developing a low-carbon economy. As an important foundational industry, the logistics sector contradicts the concept of low-carbon due to its high consumption and emissions, thus requiring urgent green transformation. This study reveals that the logistics industry faces challenges in terms of lacking internal driving forces for transformation, limitations in clean energy technologies, and insufficient financial support during the green transformation process. Green finance, as a financial innovation, can promote the green transformation of the logistics industry through innovative financial products and services, diversified financing channels, risk mitigation in the transformation process, and the advancement of relevant technologies and their applications. Additionally, it can establish a comprehensive support system in collaboration with the government. Therefore, it is necessary to promote mutually beneficial cooperation between green finance and the logistics industry to accelerate the green transformation of the logistics sector.

我國正處于低碳經濟、碳減排、碳中和發展的關鍵階段。習近平總書記在第七十五屆聯合國大會上提出了“雙碳”目標,即未來十年內實現碳排放峰值,四十年內實現碳中和,這一目標展現了我國推動經濟綠色轉型的堅定決心。提出碳中和目標不僅意味著我國積極應對氣候變化,也意味著各個產業發展都將面臨更為嚴格的碳排放限制。物流企業天生具有大消耗、大排放的特點,與碳中和理念相違背,同時制約了物流企業的發展[1]。根據國際能源署的相關數據,全球范圍內的二氧化碳排放量在2018年已經達到頂峰。而交通運輸業的碳排放量位居第二,成為全球碳排放的重要來源。在這種情況下,促進以貨物運輸為主的物流企業實施碳減排行動迫在眉睫。……
