保健食品非法添加物檢測技術研究?

摘 要：近年來，保健食品市場逐漸擴張，部分不法商家選擇在其中非法加入具有相關功能的物質，雖然能在短時間內發揮功效，但消費者長期服用會對身體造成一定損害。本文主要總結保健食品中非法添加物的種類，分析常用檢測技術的應用方法，并對目前常用、高效的非法添加劑檢測技術進行綜述，為保證食品安全提供參考。

Abstract： In recent years， the health food market has gradually expanded， some illegal businesses choose to illegally add substances with related functions， although it can play a short time， but consumers will cause certain damage to the body for a long time. This paper mainly summarizes the types of illegal additives in health food， analyzes the application methods of common detection technologies， and summarizes the current common and efficient detection technologies of illegal additives， so as to provide reference for ensuring food safety.

合理使用保健食品能獲得更多營養、調節身體機能、改善精神狀態、降低患病概率，但是部分保健食品為能強化功能效用、提升銷量，在產品中加入非法添加物，消費者在不知情的情況下食用可能出現嚴重的不良反應，危害身體健康。因此，有必要使用檢測技術確定保健食品中是否含有非法添加劑，識別違規、摻假的保健食品。

1 保健食品中非法化學添加物種類

1.1 降壓類保健食品

降壓類保健食品通過改善使用者攝入營養的結構調節其身體狀態，提升人體調節血壓的能力，從而有效控制血壓。一些商家為了能讓保健品擁有更明顯的血壓控制效果，可能會在降壓保健食品中添加降壓藥品，常用藥品包括利血平、阿提洛爾、卡托普利、硝苯地平等。目前，很多高血壓患者可能有同時使用降壓藥品和降壓保健品的習慣，這將造成藥劑攝入量過高、血壓驟然下降的情況，甚至可能導致腎功能受損，直接危及高血壓患者的生命安全。
