摘? 要:產(chǎn)教融合是面向現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)需求培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才的重要途經(jīng),在“雙一流”建設(shè)高校通信工程專業(yè)的建設(shè)中扮演著重要角色。該文闡述產(chǎn)教融合背景下通信工程專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)面臨的教學(xué)內(nèi)容滯后、師資建設(shè)不完善等問題。針對上述問題,南京郵電大學(xué)通信與信息工程學(xué)院充分發(fā)揮長期積累的校企合作資源優(yōu)勢,在通信工程專業(yè)的培養(yǎng)方案制訂、教學(xué)體系規(guī)劃、教學(xué)資源建設(shè)、項目式教學(xué)實施和師資隊伍建設(shè)等方面探索產(chǎn)教融合人才培養(yǎng)的新路徑。實踐證明,所開展的創(chuàng)新舉措在專業(yè)建設(shè)與人才培育質(zhì)量、教改成果與課程建設(shè)、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育等方面取得顯著成效。

Abstract: The integration of industry and education is viewed as an important way to cultivate innovative talents in order to satisfy the needs of modern information technology industry, which plays a vital role in constructing the communication engineering specialty in "Double First-Class" universities. This article points out the main problems in talent training in the context of industry-education integration, such as the sluggishness of teaching contents and the unbalanced development of teacher teams. In order to deal with the aforementioned issues, the School of Communications and Information Engineering of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications fully leverages the long-term advantages of school-enterprise cooperation, and explores a new path for talent training of the Communication Engineering specialty under the background of industry-education integration from five aspects, including training scheme determination, teaching system planning, teaching resource construction, project-based teaching implementation, and teacher team development. It has been demonstrated by practice that the adopted innovative measures have obtained significant achievements in three aspects, including the major construction and talent training quality, the educational reform and curriculum construction, the innovation and entrepreneurship education.

信息與通信技術(shù)是當(dāng)今社會發(fā)展最快的領(lǐng)域之一,很多新技術(shù)、新工藝層出不窮。然而,許多高校通信工程專業(yè)的教育教學(xué)內(nèi)容存在一定的滯后性,難以滿足行業(yè)內(nèi)頂尖企業(yè)對高層次、復(fù)合型專業(yè)技術(shù)人才的需求。為了進(jìn)一步推動高校主動適應(yīng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的新需求,實現(xiàn)教育鏈、人才鏈與產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、創(chuàng)新鏈的深度融合,產(chǎn)教融合成為“雙一流”建設(shè)高校通信工程專業(yè)創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)的重要途徑。產(chǎn)教融合的概念首次在國家層面被提出可以追溯到2014年國務(wù)院發(fā)布的《關(guān)于加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育的決定》,要求職業(yè)院校結(jié)合辦學(xué)特色進(jìn)行產(chǎn)教融合[1]。……
