摘要:目的:將微視頻輔助教學法運用到排球整個技術教學中,探索應用效果,為普通高校公共體育課教學改革提供參考。方法:采用教學實驗,以80名大學生為研究對象,實驗組采用微視頻輔助教學法,對照組采用傳統教學法,教學時間為14周,數據采用t檢驗、t檢驗及非參數檢驗分析方法。結果:微視頻輔助教學法在排球墊球教學效果、傳球教學效果、發球教學效果明顯優于常規教學法,扣球達標成績與常規教學效果無顯著性差異,但扣球技術規范性較常規教學,效果明顯。結論與建議:微視頻輔助教學法有助于提升大學體育排球選項課的教學效果。微視頻輔助教學法借助現代視聽技術,把思維可視化,在調動學生學習積極性的同時,建立了及時有效的反饋系統,使課堂上教師的指導更具有針對性,在高校公共體育教學中有一定的應用價值。

Research on the application effect of micro-video-assisted teaching method in volleyball optional course teaching
Abstract: Objective: apply the micro-video-assisted teaching method to the whole technical teaching of volleyball, explore the application effect, and provide reference for the teaching reform of public physical education in universities. Methods: a teaching experiment is conducted in 80 college students. The experimental group is adopted micro-video-assisted teaching method and the control group is adopted traditional teaching method. The teaching time is 14 weeks, and the data is analyzed by t test, t 'test and non-parametric test. Results: The teaching effect of micro-video-assisted teaching method is significantly better than that of conventional teaching method in volleyball mat teaching, passing teaching and serving teaching. There is no significant difference between the standard score of spiking and the conventional teaching effect, but the standardization of spiking technique is more obvious than that of conventional teaching. Conclusion and Suggestion: Micro-video-assisted teaching method is helpful to improve the teaching effect of college sports volleyball elective course. With the help of modern audio-visual technology, the micro-video-assisted teaching method visualizes the thinking, arouses the enthusiasm of students in learning, and establishes a timely and effective feedback system, which makes the teacher's guidance in class more targeted, and has certain application value in public physical education teaching in colleges and universities.
