









【摘要】為探究腿型碰撞器標定試驗的工作原理,詳細對比了先進行人腿型碰撞器(aPLI)與柔性腿型碰撞器(FlexPLI)在結構上的差異,總結了腿型碰撞器動態標定和靜態標定限值確定的方法分別為混合組群均值估計法和三點彎曲撓度試驗法,歸納并比較了2種腿型碰撞器在動、靜態標定限值上存在的顯著差異,在此基礎上剖析了這些差異的內在原因,動態標定限值差異的主要原因是aPLI增加了模擬人體上肢的質量模塊,靜態標定限值差異的主要原因是aPLI腿部和膝部結構改變。

Research on Calibration Limit of aPLI in Comparison with FlexPLI
for Pedestrian Protection

【Abstract】In order to explore the working principle of legform impactor calibration test, this paper compared in detail the structural differences between advanced Pedestrian Legform Impactor (aPLI) and Flexible Pedestrian Legform Impactor (FlexPLI), summarized the methods for determining of dynamic calibration limits and static calibration limits of legform impactor as the mixed group mean estimation method and the three-point bending deflection test method respectively. The paper also summarized and compared the significant differences between dynamic calibration limits and static calibration limits of the two types of legform impactor, and analyzed the immanent cause for these differences. The main cause for the difference in dynamic calibration limits was the addition of mass module to simulate human upper limbs in aPLI, while the main cause for the difference in static calibration limit was the structural changes in the leg structure and knee structure of aPLI.

1 前言
車輛的行人保護技術已發展多年,用于評價行人腿部傷害的腿型碰撞器的力學性能逐漸趨近人體的生物力學性能[1]。目前,此類碰撞器主要包括柔性腿型碰撞器(Flexible Pedestrian Legform Impactor,FlexPLI)和先進行人腿型碰撞器(advanced Pedestrian Legform Impactor,aPLI)。二者分別為第二代和第三代腿型碰撞器,在結構設計上存在較大差異。相比較而言,aPLI的生物逼真性更佳,對車輛行人保護安全性能的要求也更高,故在更加嚴格的中國新車評價規程(China-New Car Assessment Program,C-NCAP)中取代FlexPLI,而FlexPLI未來將主要用于面向車輛準入的強制性檢驗國家標準。
腿型碰撞器是結構復雜、工藝精細、精確度高的高速碰撞類設備,需要定期進行標定測試,以保證其性能滿足車輛試驗所需的精度要求。aPLI在結構設計、材料工藝及內部電路等方面與FlexPLI相比均存在較大提升,同時也相應提高了日常維護的難度,對其標定測試的要求也更高?!?br>
