二十大背景下提升大學生核心素養的高職院校武術課程思政育人實踐

摘要：“發展職業教育，培養大國工匠”是習近平總書記在十九屆歷次會議和二十大報告的重要建設議題之一，在我國社會未來高質量發展中居于重要地位。本研究以大學生核心素養提高途徑和武術課程思政建設為研究對象，對當前大學生核心素養現狀、武術課程思政建設現狀和大學生核心素養提升途徑等進行深入研究，對當前高校體育課程思政薄弱點與預期值，疫情背景下的體育課程思政整體構建、課程思政實施、創新評價模式，以及大學生核心素養提高途徑展開深入探討。在多年高校武術課程改革基礎上，以提高大學生核心素養為目標，以武術自身教學資源與教學手段的創新與改革為途徑，進行深入的教學改革、創新與實踐，通過在線開放課程建設、數字化教學資源庫建設等創新高職教育教學模式，通過教師以賽促教、以賽促建，積極參與教學能力大賽及在線資源建設等高水平比賽來促進課程建設水平提高，進而提升大學生核心素養。

研究背景

2019年8月20日，習近平總書記在視察張掖山丹培黎學校時指出“發展職業教育，培養大國工匠”，將職業院校人才培養結果與我國新時代社會主義現代化建設成敗聯系起來。2022年黨的二十大的召開對今后高教創新型人才培養提出了更高的要求。在我國產業轉型和偉大民族復興的社會建設過程中，特別是黨的二十大背景下，培養技術過硬、立場堅定、勇于拼搏、敢于創新的復合型大國工匠是當前我國高職院校人才培養的重要目標，也是事關我國社會轉型和社會主義建設成敗的重要組成部分^[1]。……
