







摘要:體育與健康課作為學校體育的主要組成部分,肩負著重要的使命,它不但是發展學生體能,增強學生身體素質的主要途徑,還擔負著學生獲取健康知識和育人的使命。本文根據教育部《關于全面加強和改進新時代學校衛生和健康教育工作的意見》及《義務教育體育與健康課程標準(2022年版)》中對學校體育和體育與健康課程的要求,對學生開展體育健康知識教學,研究學生體育行為的變化。本研究以此在學校體育教育過程中,教授選定的健康理論知識,探究其對學生體育行為的影響,通過研究表明:體育健康知識的學習可以有效促進學生體育行為的改善。

Abstract: Physical education and health class as the main part of school physical education, shouldering an important mission, it is not only the development of students physical fitness, enhance the students' physical quality of the main way, but also bear the students to obtain health knowledge and education mission. According to the requirements of school physical education and Physical Education and health curriculum in the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Health and Health Education in the New Era and the Curriculum Standards of Physical Education and Health in Compulsory Education (2022 edition), this paper carries out physical education and health knowledge teaching for students and studies the changes of students' physical behavior. In this study, the selected health theoretical knowledge is taught in the process of school physical education to explore its influence on students' physical behavior. The study shows that the learning of physical health knowledge can effectively promote the improvement of students' physical behavior.

2021年教育部聯合國家發展改革委、財政部、國家衛生健康委和市場監管局發布了《關于全面加強和改進新時代學校衛生和健康教育工作的意見》,其中意見明確了健康教育的內容,要求構建分學科、一體化健康教育內容體系。2022年教育部頒布了《義務教育體育與健康課程標準(2022年版)》,其中對體育與健康課程的課程性、理念、目標等做了充分的說明[]。在課程內容上設置了基本運動技能、體能、健康教育、專項運動技能和跨學科主體學習五個部分,其中對健康教育內容的主要要求是幫助學生逐步養成健康與安全的行為習慣和生活態度,這就對學校體育教育提出了更高的要求。
