基于SEM的高校體育文化建設影響因素研究

摘要：本文以“高水平籃球隊建設”為切入點，以全國大學生CUBA聯賽西南賽區和江蘇賽區部分高校高水平籃球隊為調查樣本，重點對“高水平籃球隊對高校體育文化建設的影響”進行了相關研究，對研究所獲得的相關數據進行了統計并運用結構方程模型（SEM）進行了驗證，試圖探究影響高校體育文化建設的因素。研究表明：高水平籃球隊的組建對高校體育文化建設有四個維度的影響，這四個維度的因子負荷量分別為：物質文化（0.665）、制度文化（0.649）、精神文化（0.735）、網絡文化（0.879）。本文在以往高校體育文化建設的研究基礎上，新增加了一個“網絡文化”維度，為夯實高校體育文化建設的內容，提出了新的思考方向。

Research on influencing factors of college sports Culture Construction based on SEM

Abstract："Taking the \"Construction of high-level basketball team\" as the starting point， this paper takes some high-level basketball teams in the Southwest and Jiangsu provinces of the CUBA League as the investigation samples， and focuses on the related research on \"the influence of high-level basketball team on the construction of college sports culture\". The relevant data obtained from the research were statistically analyzed and verified by using structural equation model （SEM）， trying to explore the factors affecting the construction of college sports culture. The research shows that the establishment of a high-level basketball team has four dimensions of influence on the construction of college sports culture， and the factor loads of these four dimensions are： material culture （0.665）， institutional culture （0.649）， spiritual culture （0.735）， network culture （0.879）. Based on the previous research on the construction of college sports culture， this paper adds a new dimension of \"network culture\"， and puts forward a new thinking direction for consolidating the content of the construction of college sports culture.

前言

長期以來，黨和國家一直對全民健康的發展尤為關心，“中國共產黨第二十次全國代表大會”指出：“全面建設社會主義現代化國家，必須堅持中國特色社會主義文化發展道路，增強文化自信。”^［1］高校體育精神在增強文化自信、建設社會主義文化方面起著重要的作用。高校文化是學校文化的組成部分，學校體育文化建設也是落實全民健身計劃，實施核心素養，培養學生終身體育習慣的重要途徑。

為了開展好學校體育工作，國務院頒布了一系列政策。在“國務院辦公廳關于強化學校體育促進學生身心健康全面發展的意見”中，說道：“強化學校體育是實施素質教育、促進學生全面發展的重要途徑，對于促進教育現代化、建設健康中國和人力資源強國，實現中華民族偉大復興的中國夢具有重要意義”^［2］。……
