摘要:為了進(jìn)一步深化體育教學(xué)改革,更好得幫助學(xué)生進(jìn)行體育鍛煉,那么體育作業(yè)是教學(xué)的一重要環(huán)節(jié),是連接課內(nèi)、課外學(xué)習(xí)的重要橋梁,卻在多年教學(xué)實(shí)踐中不得重視,使教學(xué)效果大打折扣,特別是在假期結(jié)束后學(xué)生體質(zhì)下降明顯。為提高青少年體質(zhì)健康狀況,科學(xué)、規(guī)范、高質(zhì)量得上好體育課,完善校內(nèi)外學(xué)生鍛煉體系,依據(jù)學(xué)科特殊性合理安排體育作業(yè),本文將針對(duì)體育作業(yè)如何進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理設(shè)計(jì)并提出有效的實(shí)施路徑進(jìn)行研究,提高教學(xué)效果、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的核心素養(yǎng)最終獲得終身體育的意識(shí)與能力,為“健康中國”、“體育強(qiáng)國”做出學(xué)科貢獻(xiàn)。

The Design and Implementation of Sports Homework

Abstract: In order to further deepen the reform of PE teaching and help students to do physical exercise, PE homework is an important link in teaching and an important bridge connecting in-class and extra-curricular learning. However, it has not been paid attention to in many years of teaching practice, which greatly reduces the teaching effect, especially after the end of the holiday, students' physical fitness decreases obviously. In order to improve the physical health condition of teenagers, scientific, standardized and high-quality good physical education, perfect the exercise system of students inside and outside the school, and arrange PE homework reasonably according to the particularity of the subject, this paper will study how to conduct scientific and reasonable design of PE homework and put forward effective implementation path. Improve the teaching effect, cultivate students' core qualities and finally acquire the awareness and ability of lifelong sports, and make disciplinary contributions to \"healthy China\" and \"sports power\".

狹隘的“唯分?jǐn)?shù)論”教學(xué)理念使學(xué)生體質(zhì)下降嚴(yán)重,肥胖、近視率持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)。《“健康中國2030”規(guī)劃綱要》提出培養(yǎng)青少年體育愛好,基本實(shí)現(xiàn)青少年熟練掌握1項(xiàng)以上體育技能[1],僅靠體育課堂的有限時(shí)間是不能完成的,需要課后不斷地練習(xí),那么體育作業(yè)的重要性不容忽視。2016年國務(wù)院出臺(tái)的《關(guān)于強(qiáng)化學(xué)校體育促進(jìn)學(xué)生身心健康全面發(fā)展的意見》提出“體育作業(yè)”成為深化教學(xué)改革[2],加強(qiáng)課外鍛煉的重要途徑,家長(zhǎng)及社區(qū)要給與大力支持。教育部提出中小學(xué)生每天應(yīng)有校內(nèi)外各一小時(shí)的體育活動(dòng)時(shí)間,體育作業(yè)是保證校外活動(dòng)的有效方式,也是保證學(xué)生熟練掌握課堂所學(xué)知識(shí)與技能的重要途徑。《關(guān)于深化體教融合 "促進(jìn)青少年健康發(fā)展的意見》文件中明確指出“體育課留作業(yè)”成為全方位推動(dòng)體教融合,促進(jìn)青少年全面健康成長(zhǎng)的途徑之一,將教育部提出的“教會(huì)、勤練、常賽”、“雙減政策”落于實(shí)處[3]。……
