基于民族體育旅游開發的居民獲得感研究進展

摘""要：通過梳理民族體育旅游開發中居民獲得感相關文獻，發現基于民族體育旅游開發的居民獲得感是一個地區在結合區域民族體育旅游開發時所帶給居民在經濟、政治、民生等三個維度的滿足感。未來可展開獲得感維度研究將空泛的居民獲得感進行具體畫像，將有利于拉動經濟增長、居民可支配收入、完善基礎設施、傳承民族文化等，有助于可持續發展的生態環境、更優質的民族體育旅游參與體驗和更適宜的人居環境創建。

Research progress on residents' sense of gain based on ethnic sports tourism development

Abstract： By combing the literature related to residents' sense of acquisition in the development of national sports tourism， it is found that the sense of residents' acquisition based on national sports development is the satisfaction of residents in three dimensions such as economy， politics and people's livelihood brought by a region when combined with regional ethnic sports development， In the future， research can be carried out to study the sense of gain dimension， which will be a specific portrait of the sense of acquisition of empty residents， which will help to stimulate economic growth， residents' disposable income， improve infrastructure， inherit national culture， etc.， and contribute to the sustainable development of the ecological environment， better national sports tourism participation experience and more suitable habitat environment creation.

引言

2015年2月27日，黨中央全面深化改革領導小組第十次會議上習近平總書記首次提出獲得感一詞。2017年10月28日，在黨的十九大報告中，獲得感成為衡量中國人民生活質量、改革發展成敗得失的重要指標。其深刻內涵彰顯了我們黨“全心全意為人民服務”的初心和“增進民生福祉”的發展目標。所謂“獲得感”是指個體在維持和實現社會運作過程中，個體對自身生存和發展的滿足感，以及由此而來的主觀幸福感^[1]。不但強調客觀既得，也強調主體對獲得的感知、感受以及感悟，是基于目前獲得而對未來的一種評判，具有可持續性特征^[2]，同時也受經濟環境、社會階層、時代特征和個體社會行為等不同方面的影響^[3]。對于探索如何在新時代條件下更好、更充分地滿足人民對于美好生活的需求具有極其重要的意義^[4]。

為滿足黨和國家對于更加充分滿足人民對于美好生活的需求，提升居民獲得感的決心，落實國務院相繼頒布的“31號”、“46號”文件。……
