“金課”背景下公安院校警察體育課程教學(xué)改革探索

摘要：在教育部高校“金課”建設(shè)背景下，警察體育課程教學(xué)面臨諸多現(xiàn)實(shí)的制約因素，本研究通過(guò)對(duì)照“金課”建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，對(duì)公安院校警察體育課程教學(xué)中涉及的教師、課程、教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)督、課外教學(xué)、場(chǎng)館器材設(shè)施等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)制約教學(xué)的因素有：生師比嚴(yán)重不足、課程實(shí)戰(zhàn)化欠缺、教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)督未落到實(shí)處、課外教學(xué)流于形式、場(chǎng)館器材設(shè)施急需更新等，并針對(duì)現(xiàn)有的條件提出了相應(yīng)的發(fā)展對(duì)策，以期為公安院校警察體育教學(xué)改革提供參考依據(jù)。

On the Reform of Police Physical Education Course in Police Colleges and Universities under the Background of “Gold course”

Abstract：Under the background of the construction of “Gold course”in colleges and universities of the Ministry of Education， the teaching of Police Physical Education course faces many practical constraints， this paper analyzes the contents of the police physical education course teaching in public security colleges， such as teachers， courses， teaching quality supervision， extra-curricular teaching， facilities and equipment， etc. ， it is found that the teaching is restricted by the following factors： The ratio of students to teachers is not enough， the curriculum is not practical， the supervision of teaching quality is not implemented， the extra-curricular teaching is a mere formality， and the facilities and facilities of stadiums and gymnasiums are in urgent need of renewal， in view of the existing conditions， this paper puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures， in order to provide a reference basis for the reform of Police Physical Education in public security colleges.

公安院校警察體育課程教學(xué)是公安教育的重要組成部分，是提高警察執(zhí)法武力使用能力水平的保障，是警察職業(yè)良好形象的重要體現(xiàn)。當(dāng)前，我國(guó)公安院校辦學(xué)模式陸續(xù)由專科教育轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楸究平逃苍盒＞祗w育課程教學(xué)面臨諸多發(fā)展制約因素。教育部高等教育司吳巖司長(zhǎng)提出高等院校要積極推進(jìn)課程“金課”建設(shè)，要以“兩性一度”，即“高階性、創(chuàng)新性、挑戰(zhàn)度”的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)課程。因此，本研究通過(guò)對(duì)“金課”建設(shè)的理解，分析當(dāng)前我國(guó)公安院校警察體育教學(xué)制約因素，找出合理的、貼近實(shí)際的改革路徑，以期為警察體育課程深化改革提供理論依據(jù)。

1 公安院校警察體育課程教學(xué)的制約因素

高校“金課”建設(shè)和公安實(shí)戰(zhàn)化教學(xué)背景下，探索當(dāng)前公安院校警察體育課程教學(xué)制約因素，使警察體育課程教學(xué)精準(zhǔn)、高效、實(shí)效，更有利于突破教學(xué)壁壘，切實(shí)提高教學(xué)實(shí)戰(zhàn)化水平。……
