協同理念下江蘇省“政校企”體育人才培養模式研究

摘要：依據協同理論，通過調查法、專家訪談法等探究江蘇省體育人才培養模式，研究發現江蘇省體育人才培養出現供求失衡；政府支持力度強靈活性差；高校人才培養供求錯位；校企培養力度增加實踐成果少等現象。政府、高校、企業協同探索從構建人才培養模式，樹立校企合作理念；發揮政策中介作用，建立合作平臺；深化高校改革，提高校企關聯性；打造專業集群，創建培養基地；建立評價體系，完善培養模式等，促進江蘇省“政校企”體育人才發展。

高校是我國人才培養規模最大、數量最多的主力軍，對我國人才培養模式有著深刻影響。《國家中長期教育改革和發展規劃綱要（2010-2020年）》提出要加強產教融合發展，打通教育端與企業端，高校、企業聯合培養高素質應用型人才，提出“校地合作”“校企合作”等人才培養理念，并鼓勵探索人才培養的新模式，但體育人才培養與社會需求仍存在差距。

近年來江蘇省體育產業經濟高質量發展中出現很多制約因素，表現在市場活力不足、結構不合理、人才培養不足等，而專業人才培養不足尤為突出。體育專業人才需求的規模和質量呈上升態勢，存在人才供給不足、供給錯位并存，制約江蘇體育產業經濟發展。江蘇各高校早已開展培養專業人才，但專業人才培養和就業專業對口率水平較低。當前企業、社會需要什么人才，如何達到供求平衡，亟待研究。研究從政府、高校、企業三者協同合作探究人才培養模式，促進一體化循環鏈條，提升專業人才培養效能，推進江蘇省體育人才培養模式創新。……
