摘要:為選育適宜武都市及同類地區推廣種植,高產、穩產、抗逆性強且優質的冬小麥品種。以引11-12為母本、98t-23-101為父本進行雜交,采用系譜法選育出了冬小麥新品種武都23號。該品種生育期243 d,株高85 cm,穗長8.2 cm,穗粒數51粒,千粒重43 g。在2018 — 2020年甘肅省冬小麥區域試驗中,平均折合產量7 542.3 kg/hm2,較對照品種蘭天33號增產6.55%;在2020 — 2021年度甘肅省冬小麥生產試驗中,平均折合產量為7 558.5 kg/hm2,較對照品種蘭天33號增產7.35%。具有抗旱、抗銹,豐產等特點。適宜隴南市半山干旱半干旱區、徽成盆地和天水市麥積、甘谷及清水等地區種植。

Breeding Report of New Winter Wheat Variety Wudu 23

Abstract: To breed winter wheat variety with high and stable yield, strong stress resistance and premium quality suitable for promoting in Wudu and ecologically similar areas, Wudu 23 is a new winter wheat cultivar, bred by pedigree method with female parent of Yin11-12 and male parent of 98t-23-101. The growth period is 243 d, plant height is 85 cm, ear length is 8.2 cm, ear grain number is 51, 1 000-grain weight is 43 g. From 2018 to 2020, the average yield of Wudu 23 was 7 542.3 kg/ha, which was 6.55% higher than the control variety Lantian 33 in regional trial of winter wheat in Gansu Province. From 2020 to 2021, the average yield of Wudu 23 was 7 558.5 kg/ha, which was 7.35% higher than the control variety Lantian 33 in production trial of winter wheat in Gansu Province. It has strong resistance to drought and stripe rust, and good stable yield. It could be planted in mid-mountain arid or semi-arid area of Longnan, Huicheng basin, Maiji, Qingshui and Gangu areas in Tianshui.

小麥是甘肅的主要糧食作物,也是城鄉居民的主要口糧。由于氣候生態條件特殊,域外優良小麥品種很難在甘肅發揮作用[1 ]。近10年來甘肅省小麥育種工作取得了一定的成效,全省共審定小麥品種171個。育種工作以各地科研院所為主,但同時也存在許多問題,如復雜的地理環境、播種面積下降及抗病性喪失速度快等,培育豐產、穩產、抗逆和優質的品種是甘肅小麥育種的主要目標[2 - 6 ]。我們選擇適宜本地種植的自育品種和引進的優質種質資源作為親本,以豐產、優質、抗逆性強,且適宜在隴南各地區種植為育種目標,選育出了抗性好豐產穩產的冬小麥新品種武都23號,2022年4月經甘肅省農作物品種審定委員會審定定名(甘審麥20220009)。
