摘要:針對目前在日用陶瓷產品設計過程中出現的設計過程僵化、成果轉化率低等問題進行探究。提出了采用參數化技術驅動日用陶瓷產品的設計應用方法,并針對提出的策略進行探索性驗證。初步論證了參數化設計在日用陶瓷產品設計領域的可行性。通過產品關鍵尺寸變量的數據約束和參數化平臺的模數指令運算實現產品模型重塑,提高設計過程的規范性和多變性,滿足客戶實用性與個性化需求。將參數化設計合理運用于日用陶瓷產品設計全過程,對此類產品的高效生成具有很強的參考意義。

Abstract:To explore the problems of rigid design process and low conversion rate of achievements in the design process of daily ceramic products. Methods A design and application method of using parametric technology to drive household ceramic products was proposed,and an exploratory verification was carried out for the proposed strategy. The feasibility of parametric design in the field of daily ceramic product design was preliminarily demonstrated. The product model remodeling can be realized through the data constraints of the key dimension variables of the product and the modulo-digital instruction operation of the parameterization platform,which can improve the standardization and variability of the design process,and meet the practical and individual needs of customers. The rational application of parametric design to the whole design process of daily-use ceramic products has a strong reference significance for the efficient generation of such products.

隨著社會經濟的發展,大眾審美的日漸多元化,人們更加追求個性化、有觀賞性的產品,日用陶瓷市場的需求也隨之發生改變。如今市場上的日用陶瓷產品多是批量化生產的產物,缺乏兼顧設計感和實用性的陶瓷用品,而要設計出具備兩種特性的陶瓷產品,必然需要改變思路,引入新的設計方法豐富設計語言,探索新的設計技術與路徑,擴展設計的多樣性。參數化設計作為近年來新興的設計方法,其具備對復雜形體進行準確、高效設計的能力[1],可作為創新日用陶瓷產品設計的突破口,推動日用陶瓷產業發展。
