博物館視域下內蒙古體育非物質文化遺產保護研究

摘 要：隨著人類社會的發展和市場經濟全球化進程的加速，內蒙古體育非物質文化遺產正在面臨項目不斷流失、傳統技藝不斷消亡、傳承后繼無人的困境。文章以內蒙古體育博物館為例，梳理了內蒙古體育非物質文化遺產面臨的困境，對內蒙古體育博物館參與內蒙古體育非物質文化保護的必要性及參與保護的優勢進行了分析，從體育博物館應完善功能，搭建傳承平臺、加強專業合作，從開展科普宣傳與學術研究、加強信息化建設，積極籌建數字體育非物質文化遺產館、加強專業人才隊伍建設四個方面提出具體保護措施。

A Study on the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Sports

in Inner Mongolia from the Perspective of Museums

——Taking the Inner Mongolia Sports Museum as an Example

Abstract：With the development of human society and the acceleration of the globalization process of the market economy，the intangible cultural heritage of sports in Inner Mongolia is facing the dilemma of constant loss of projects，extinction of traditional skills，and lack of successors.Taking the Inner Mongolia Sports Museum as an example，this article sorts out the dilemmas faced by the intangible cultural heritage of sports in Inner Mongolia and analyzes the necessity and advantages of the Inner Mongolia Sports Museums involvement in the protection of intangible cultural heritage of sports.The paper proposes specific protection measures from four aspects： improving the functions of sports museums，building inheritance platforms，strengthening professional cooperation，carrying out popular science promotion and academic research，enhancing information technology construction，actively promoting digital intangible cultural heritage of sports，and strengthening the construction of professional talent teams.

保護和傳承內蒙古體育非物質文化遺產是時代賦予我們的新的歷史使命。體育博物館與體育非物質文化遺產的保護有著千絲萬縷的聯系，作為行業博物館的專門機構，內蒙古體育博物館要義不容辭地扛起保護傳承的大旗，在賡續中華優秀傳統文化、延續中華歷史文脈、推動文化交流互鑒、堅定文化自信、講好內蒙古體育非物質文化遺產的故事、深化民族團結進步、鑄牢中華民族共同體意識方面做出貢獻。

一、內蒙古體育非物質文化遺產名錄及保護困境

（一）內蒙古體育非物質文化遺產項目名錄情況

目前，內蒙古擁有國家級體育非物質文化遺產7項。自2006年以來，列入國家第一批體育非物質文化遺產項目名錄的有達斡爾族傳統曲棍球競技和蒙古族搏克兩項，第二到第四批分別有蒙古族象棋、沙力搏爾式摔跤、鄂溫克搶樞、布魯及蒙古族駝球五項（詳見表1）。……
