Abstract:The Marxist view of the times uses the basic theories and methods of historical materialism to carry out research on the times from the three dimensions of historical retrospection, realistic examination and future outlook, so as to form an understanding and grasp the basic views and methods of the times.Contemporary Chinese Marxism uses the Marxist view of the times, which is based on a comprehensive understanding and scientific grasp of the overall situation of the great rejuvenation strategy of the Chinese nation and the great changes not seen in a century in the world. It fully proves that the view of the new era is a new expression and generalization of contemporary Chinese Marxism on the times and the latest theoretical form of the Marxist view of the times.

Abstract: Urban governance is an important part of the modernization of governance system and governance capacity. Urban governance must follow the laws of social development, meet the requirements of transformation of major social contradictions in China, and ensure the rights and dignity of urban people. Urban governance takes the transformation of the main social contradictions as the basic clue, and at the same time integrates the basic values of democracy, the rule of law, fairness, justice, security and the environment. It has completed the transformation from elite governance to consultative democratic governance, from human governance to institutional fair governance, and from stability maintenance governance to security governance, thus achieving good urban governance.

Abstract: Li Dazhao, as the earliest disseminator of Marxism in China and one of the founders of the Communist Party of China, is a brilliant example of Chinese revolutionaries. From the sprout of “reason” and “righteousness” of Confucianism, to the integration of “reason” and “righteousness” with Marxism, and to the contemporary value created by “reason” and “righteousness”, Li Dazhao’s Party building thought shows the meaning of “reason” and “righteousness” everywhere, which is also the constant innovation and development of the concept of “reason” and “righteousness”, making Li Dazhao’s Party building thought have a strong practical guiding significance and become the ideological cornerstone of the Communist Party of China.

Abstract:In recent years, cyber bullying incidents have occurred frequently, with a variety of bullying objects. The sudden occurrence of cyber bullying has caused unprecedented damage intensity. At present, there are many deficiencies in the research on cyber bullying. It is necessary to recognize the new characteristics of cyber bullying by sorting out the previous research and analyzing the relevant concepts. On this basis, it is necessary to redefine the concept of cyber bullying, distinguish the types of cyber bullying, and apply Fromm’s relevant psychological theory to make an in-depth interpretation of cyber bullying.
