人工智能助力中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題及建議

摘要 目的：梳理我國(guó)人工智能（AI）在中醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，分析現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題，并對(duì)未來(lái)發(fā)展提出建議。方法：綜合課題組前期對(duì)中國(guó)工程院10位院士進(jìn)行訪(fǎng)談?wù){(diào)研的結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果：現(xiàn)狀方面，AI為中醫(yī)藥現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展提供了有力的技術(shù)支持，已有成果證實(shí)“AI+中醫(yī)藥”在數(shù)據(jù)管理、臨床診斷、健康管理等方面起著互相推動(dòng)的作用。存在問(wèn)題是數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)欠缺、交叉人才匱乏及政策支持力度欠缺等;建議對(duì)中醫(yī)藥數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行全面治理，同時(shí)結(jié)合我國(guó)具體情況加速培養(yǎng)學(xué)科交叉復(fù)合型人才，并從數(shù)據(jù)、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)、倫理安全及資金等方面給予支持。結(jié)論：未來(lái)AI如何更好地助力中醫(yī)藥以及整個(gè)醫(yī)藥健康領(lǐng)域，還亟待進(jìn)一步探索。

Chinese Medicine Assisted with Artificial Intelligence

Abstract Objective：To clarify the current situation of artificial intelligence（AI） in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM），analyze the current problems，and put forward some suggestions for future development.Methods：Previously，the research group interviewed 10 academicians from the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the results were comprehensively analyzed.Results：Currently，AI technically supports the modernization of TCM.Existing results have confirmed that the combination of AI and TCM promotes advancements in data management，clinical diagnosis，health management，etc.The existing problems revealed the lack of data standards and interdisciplinary talents and insufficient policy support.The present study recommended comprehensively managing TCM data，accelerating the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents according to the specific conditions of China，and providing data，intellectual property，ethical security，and financial support.Conclusion：How AI helps TCM and the entire medical and health field in the future needs further exploration.

人工智能（Artificial Intelligence，AI）是一門(mén)用于模擬、延伸和擴(kuò)展人的智能的理論方法技術(shù)及應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的前沿科學(xué)，已應(yīng)用于地質(zhì)勘探、石油加工、軍事等諸多領(lǐng)域[1]。醫(yī)療是AI應(yīng)用的重要領(lǐng)域之一，AI與中醫(yī)學(xué)均以開(kāi)放、聯(lián)系、整體、動(dòng)態(tài)的思維分析事物[2-3]。2018年4月國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳發(fā)布的《關(guān)于促進(jìn)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+醫(yī)療健康”發(fā)展的意見(jiàn)》將AI技術(shù)引入中醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域，文件強(qiáng)調(diào)支持中醫(yī)辨證論治智能輔助系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)，提升基層中醫(yī)診療服務(wù)能力。隨著國(guó)家衛(wèi)生健康事業(yè)發(fā)展的增速，當(dāng)前中醫(yī)藥服務(wù)難以滿(mǎn)足人民群眾的要求，人們對(duì)于家庭化穿戴式設(shè)備、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)院、云服務(wù)等AI賦能健康管理產(chǎn)品的需求日益增加。……
