Abstract: Chinas journalism education needs to go out of its own characteristic road in combination with Chinas national conditions. To do a good job in characteristic education, we need talents and educational ideas of characteristic education. The publication of Professor Zhang Kuns “Introduction to Journalism and Communication Education” provides a theoretical, practical and effective learning think tank for journalism education with Chinese characteristics. The author believes that it is an important task in the new era to strive to run journalism and communication education with Chinese characteristics, and it is the sacred duty of the journalism college to strengthen the integration with the media and promote its development.

摘 要:中國的新聞教育需要結合中國的國情走出自己的特色之路。搞好特色教育,需要有特色教育的人才和教育理念,張昆教授《新聞傳播教育導論》的出版為中國特色新聞教育提供了一個有理論、有實踐、有成效的學習智庫。筆者認為,努力辦好中國特色新聞傳播教育是新時代重任,加強與媒體共融促其發展是新聞學院的神圣職責。

那天是農歷小滿,四卷本《張昆自選集》的出版座談會在華中科技大學舉行,我應邀參加新書的揭幕并發言。我說,50 年前在湖北鄉村的一個靠撿豬糞換工分的孩童,是不會想到 50 年后會為他的大書結集出版而召開有國內眾多專家教授參加的盛會!張昆教授在會上以“小滿” 為由發表了他熱情洋溢的答謝,“我不能滿足‘小滿,還須更加努力!”前不久,我收到他剛出版的又一部新書《新聞傳播教育導論》(以下簡稱《導論》),他實踐了自己的諾言。我與張昆交往始于 20 世紀 90 年代,他 30 多歲。我當時在長江日報評論理論部工作向他約稿,知道他擔任武漢大學新聞系主任(后任新聞學院院長),是一位有思想有才華的年輕學者。十多年后,我于 2001 年調入華中科技大學新聞學院任教,他于 2006 年應李培根校長之邀出任學院
院長。直到今天,我離開教學崗位,他卸下 12 年之久的院長重擔,我們還時常交流,得到他的關照,從他那里學到不少新東西。離開院長崗位后,他出任學校學術委員會……
