


摘? 要: 為適應當前新形勢下社會對應用型人才的需求,以ZX高校電子信息工程等信息類應用型本科工科專業為例,結合先進的CDIO工程教育理念,展開適合地方本科院校的工程教育體系研究與實踐。第一,創新培養體系,構建并實施知識、能力、素質三位一體的“專業+應用方向”人才培養方案,建立了科學合理的立體化課程體系,形成了多個實踐特色鮮明的模塊化課程集群和適合工程人才培養的教學方法。第二,創新實踐方法,建立了層次化的實驗體系、一體化的CDIO實踐體系及課內外互動的實踐訓練體系。第三,創新評價體系,構建了 “多元智能化立體式”評價體系,使得“目標-措施-評價”形成閉環系統,相互反饋深化教學改革。另外,通過加強校企聯合、制度建設等有力措施,全方位促進CDIO工程教育體系建設。

【Abstract】: In order to adapt to the needs of society for applied talents under the current new situation, taking the information application undergraduate engineering majors such as electronic information engineering of ZX college as an example,combining the advanced CDIO engineering education concept, the research and practice of engineering education system suitable for local undergraduate colleges is launched. First, the innovation of the training system, the “professional + application direction” talent training program of knowledge, ability and quality has been built and implemented, a scientific and reasonable three-dimensional curriculum system has been established,a number of modular curriculum clusters with distinctive practical characteristics and teaching methods suitable for the cultivation of engineering talents have been formed. Second, the innovation of practice methods has established a hierarchical experiment system, an integrated CDIO practice system and an interactive practice training system in and out of class. Third, innovative evaluation system, constructed a “multi-intelligent three-dimensional” evaluation system, making the “target-measure-evaluation” form a closed-loop system, mutual feedback deepens teaching reform. In addition, the CDIO engineering education system promotes construction in an all-round way through school-enterprise alliances, system construction and other powerful measures.

隨著信息技術與應用飛速發展,信息技術對國民經濟和社會發展起到越來越重要的支撐作用,信息產業已成為當今社會知識、智力密集型產業,應用技術型高校需要培養大批能夠適應和支撐信息產業發展的工程技術人才。在貫徹與落實《國家中長期科學和技術發展規劃綱要(2006-2020)》和《信息產業調整和振興規劃》的基礎上,培養能夠解決工程領域理論層面和實踐層面問題的創新人才,既要讓學生獲得更寬更深的知識,同時獲得足夠的工程素質和能力。……
