項目驅動的學習共同體教學模式在數據庫課程教學中的探索與實踐

摘? 要： 在學習共同體教學模式中引入了項目驅動教學法，形成基于項目驅動的學習共同體教學模式。將該模式應用到數據庫原理課程的教學中，從建立共同的學習愿景、建立教師教研團隊和學生學習團隊、重新編排教學內容以及規劃貼近真實情景項目、建立科學的考核機制等方面探索了其實施路徑。教學效果顯示，該模式激發了學生的學習主動性和積極性，培養了學生的團隊合作意識，不僅有效地提高了學生的實踐能力，還促進了學生分析問題、解決問題以及創新能力等的綜合提升。

Abstract： The project-driven teaching method is introduced into the learning community to form a project-driven learning community teaching mode. This mode is applied to the teaching of the database principles course， and its implementation path is explored in terms of establishing a common learning vision， establishing teachers' teaching and research teams and students learning teams， reorganizing teaching content and planning projects that are close to real situations， and establishing scientific assessment mechanisms. The teaching effect shows that the mode has stimulated students' learning initiative and enthusiasm， cultivated students' sense of teamwork， not only effectively improved students' practical ability， but also promoted their comprehensive ability to analyze problems， solve problems， and create innovations.

0 引言

隨著計算機和網絡等相關技術的飛速發展，人類逐步從信息社會邁向智能社會，對數據處理的要求越來越高。如何培養出滿足就業市場要求的數據庫技術人才，顯得非常重要。但是目前數據庫課程教學中存在實踐教學環節薄弱，學生被動學習、學習興趣不高，以及考核方法單一、無法合理評價學生等一系列問題。因此，有針對性地尋找解決問題的對策，對于提高課程的教學質量，提高學生的學習效果，培養出符合企事業單位需求的人才尤為迫切。論文將項目驅動教學法引入到學習共同體的教學模式中，形成一種新的基于項目驅動的學習共同體教學模式，以期能解決傳統教學模式中存在的一些問題，更好的培養市場所需要的“既懂理論又能動手”的數據庫技術人才。……
