三級綜合醫院新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情期間骨科門急診防控措施

[摘要]2019年12月以來，新型冠狀病毒感染導致的肺炎（COVID-19）開始肆虐武漢市及湖北省，并且蔓延至全國各地。我院作為湖北省十堰市COVID-19感染定點接收治療單位，要求各科室、各部門科學防治，精準施策，全面做好抗疫防疫工作。通過查閱國家衛生健康委員會公布的政策法規和最新文獻報道，根據COVID-19流行病學和臨床特點，遵循國家、醫院制定的防控方案，結合我院骨科臨床防控工作經驗，制定出適合三級綜合醫院骨科臨床實踐的普通門診及急診COVID-19防控措施，希望能夠為骨科各亞專業及其他外科專業防控COVID-19提供參考。

[Abstract] Since December 2019， Corona Virus Disease 2019 （COVID-19） emerged in Wuhan City and Hubei Province， and now has spread to the whole country. As a designated hospital of receiving and treating patients infected with COVID-19 in Shiyan City， Hubei Province， our hospital required all departments to take science-based and targeted measures， and make full efforts in prevention and control. According to the policies and regulations and the latest reports issued by the National Health Commission， the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of COVID-19 and the guidelines on COVID-19 prevention and control issued by the country and our hospital， department of orthopedics developed COVID-19 prevention and control measures in combination with our own experience in clinical prevention and control， which are suitable for outpatient and emergency department of orthopedics of tertiary general hospitals， so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of COVID-19 in various subspecialties of orthopedics and other surgical specialties.

新型冠狀病毒（2019-nCoV）感染導致的肺炎（COVID-19）自2019年12月開始肆虐武漢市及湖北省，并迅速向全國各地蔓延，目前境外感染病例已經超過國內[1-2]。湖北醫藥學院附屬東風醫院作為湖北省十堰地區COVID-19感染定點收治醫院，臨時征用腫瘤科及中醫科病房組建疑似及確診患者隔離病房，感染科及重癥醫學科集中收治危重癥病例，隔離治療確診病例百余名，其中危重癥病例數十例。骨科雖然并非一線科室，但在疫情期間抽調大量醫護人員充實發熱門診、隔離病房從事疫情診治護理工作，積累大量寶貴的防控經驗及有效措施。自從疫情蔓延至今，骨科門、急診患者依然絡繹不絕。我院骨科中心參考2020年3月3日國家衛生健康委員會頒布的《新型冠……
