論高職院校體育教學中人文精神的培養

摘? 要：從20世紀末以來，我國的教育在很長的一段發展過程中，逐步摸索出了“人文教育”。客觀來說，高職院校體育教學中積極發展人文精神教育可以有效提升學生的人文素養，改善學生社會行為品質，豐富學生對體育知識的了解，同時還可以提高學生的體育技能學習效率，高職院校的體育教學體制改革發展有賴于體育教學人文精神的培養。如今，部分高等職業院校為了追求學生的成績數據，并沒有意識到學生成績固然重要的同時還需要在學習中提升學習素養和人文素養，而這主要是受到來自學校、學生和社會等因素的阻礙。如今如何增強體育教學中對人文精神的培育成為了高職院校教育改革的重中之重。

Abstract： Since the end of the 20th century， China's education has gradually found out "Humanistic Education" in the long process of education development. Objectively speaking， the cultivation of humanistic spirit in physical education teaching can improve students' social behavior quality， increase students' learning efficiency of physical education knowledge and skills， and help the reform and development of physical education teaching system in vocational colleges. Nowadays， in order to pursue students' achievement data， part of the higher vocational colleges not realizing that students' performance is important， but they also need to improve their learning quality and humanistic quality. This is mainly hindered by factors from schools， students and society. Nowadays， how to strengthen the cultivation of humanistic spirit in physical education teaching has become the top priority of higher vocational education reform.

1? 體育人文精神在高校公共體育教學中的價值

體育人文精神有利于塑造學生的民族性格，體育人文精神蘊含的深刻內容對大學生的價值觀、道德水平有著決定性的培養作用。大學生作為接受體育人文精神培養的主體，高職院校應充分發揮優秀體育人文精神的功能，結合新時代特色，實現更符合社會發展趨勢的傳統文化育人作用。

高職院校在傳承體育人文精神和落實體育人文精神傳播中具有重要地位，高職院校的建立以及發展的過程即是體育人文精神有目的、有計劃發展的過程，高職院校應重視體育人文精神的傳承，學習體育人文精神的精華，用其塑造學生價值觀，培養具有體育人文精神底蘊的優秀學生，在鼓勵學生更好地充實自己的同時奉獻社會。……
