綠色施工技術在房建施工中的應用

摘? 要：在社會和經濟發展過程中，尤其是在城市化進程背景下，建筑工程行業進入到快速發展時期。人們對生活和工作環境質量要求不斷提高，建筑施工中應用綠色施工技術，一方面可滿足人們對環境的需求，另一方面減少對生態環境的污染，并且有效保護生態資源。本文圍繞綠色施工技術在房建施工中的應用展開討論，為建筑綠色施工技術發展提供參考依據。

Abstract： In the process of social and economic development， especially in the context of urbanization， the construction industry has entered a period of rapid development. People's requirements for the quality of living and working environment are constantly improving. The application of green construction technology in the construction can meet people's demand for the environment on the one hand， reduce the pollution of the ecological environment on the other hand， and effectively protect the ecological resources. This paper discusses the application of green construction technology in building construction， and provides reference for the development of green construction technology.

我國經濟水平不斷提高，許多城市中出現大型并且功能較多的建筑。在建筑行業發展過程中，技術人員已經認識到建筑工程與生態環境和諧發展的重要性，在施工中積極應用綠色施工技術，不僅減少對環境的污染和自然資源的浪費，還能為人們生活和工作營造健康舒適的環境。綠色施工技術應成為促進建筑施工技術發展重要的載體，有助于促進建筑施工可持續發展。

1? 綠色施工技術概述

1.1 綠色施工技術的含義

綠色施工技術應用建筑工程中，是以保護環境、減少自然資源浪費為前提，使建筑工程具備綠色低碳環保功能，從而在施工中減少污染物質的產生，避免對環境造成污染。建筑工程建設中應用綠色施工技術，一方面需要提高資源的利用率，并且保證施工質量符合建設標準，另一方面有效控制工程承包，以便獲得更多的經濟效益。
