財務共享對會計及會計人員的影響研究

摘要：財務共享已逐步成為企業財務適應“大智移云”時代的重要模式。這一方面需要新的技術支撐，另一方面也對會計人員的專業能力提出新的要求。本文通過對財務共享在當前企業運用中的現狀對比，分析對傳統財務會計的影響和變化，從財務會計人才培養的目標、內容和能力三方面提出相應措施，以期幫助開展財務共享服務的企業財務人員進行轉型，促進企業財務共享的發展。

Abstract： Financial sharing has gradually become an important model for corporate finance to adapt to the era of "big wisdom moving cloud". On the one hand， it requires new technical support. On the other hand， it also puts forward new requirements for the professional competence of accountants. This article compares the current situation of financial sharing in the current enterprise application， analyzes the impact and changes on traditional financial accounting， and proposes corresponding measures from the three aspects of financial accounting talent training objectives， content and ability， in order to help the financial personnel transformation of enterprises carrying out financial sharing services and promote the development of corporate financial sharing.

1? 財務共享在企業中運用現狀

1.1 財務共享的概念

財務共享最早起源上世紀美國的福特公司，是指依靠信息技術并以財務業務流程的處理為基礎，以優化組織結構、規范流程、提升流程效率、降低運營成本或創造價值為目的，以市場角度為內外部客戶提供專業化生產服務的分布式管理模式。財務共享服務是在大智移云技術的基礎之上建立一個共享服務中心，以業務流程處理為基礎，負責日常交易、核算、匯報等基礎性的財務管理工作，最大限度地將企業財務人員從過去繁瑣的日常核算工作中抽調出來，轉入更高端的企業決策的戰略財務和深入企業價值鏈的財務管理中去，更多地聚焦于戰略性的業務規劃工作。財務共享服務可以優化企業集團組織結構，規范業務流程，最后提升企業整個流程效率，降低企業運營成本。
