摘? 要:在巴基斯坦旁遮普省新建的9H大型聯合循環機組電廠,建成后在夏季運行時經常出現空壓機高溫報警甚至跳機的情況,嚴重威脅電廠的安全穩定運行。通過分析排除機組本身設計問題,原因主要是因為當地夏季環境溫度高,空壓機房暖通設計不合理,冷卻水實際運行時與計算值有差距,隔音罩設計不合理。對此提出改進措施降低空壓機房溫度,改進空壓機閉式冷卻水管路,增加冷卻水入口濾網,改進隔音罩設計等對策。通過改造顯著提高了電廠的安全穩定性。

Abstract: In the newly built 9H large-scale combined cycle power plant in Punjab Province, Pakistan, the high temperature alarm or even machine jump of the air compressor often occurs in summer operation, which is a serious threat to the safe and stable operation of the power plant. Through the analysis and elimination of the design problems of the unit itself, the main reason is that the local ambient temperature is high in summer, the HVAC design of air compressor room is unreasonable, there is a gap between the actual operation of cooling water and the calculated value, and the design of sound insulation cover is unreasonable. In view of these situations, some improvement measures are put forward, such as reducing the temperature of air compressor room, improving the closed cooling water pipe of air compressor, increasing the filter net of cooling water inlet, improving the design of sound insulation cover, and so on. Through the transformation, the safety and stability of the power plant has been significantly improved.
1 空壓機結構及控制策略分析
此聯合循環電廠采用的是某合資品牌的2臺無油空壓機,采用兩級壓縮,兩級水冷,6.6千伏感應電機驅動的螺桿式空壓機。主要部件有進氣過濾器、一級壓縮單元,二級壓縮單元,齒輪箱,潤滑系統,級間冷卻器,后冷卻器,油泵,一級排氣消音器,二級排氣消音器,油冷卻器等部件。空氣通過空壓機罩殼側面開口進入,經過吸音材料的通道進入空濾器,再通過進氣控制閥進入一級壓縮單元,螺桿將空氣壓縮到1.5-2.8bar之間后,空氣排入文丘利管,使壓縮空氣壓力波動得到緩沖[1]。空氣進入二級壓縮之前由級冷卻器冷卻降低壓縮空氣溫度。該系統里還裝有一個安全減壓閥,以防止級間壓力過高。緊接在級間冷卻器后面就裝有冷凝水分離器,以分離現場任何濕度和溫度條件下可能產生的冷凝水。水分離器和第二級壓縮之間采用膨脹節連接,用膨脹節是用來消除運行時震動的傳遞。……
