耿連岐主任醫師學術思想探源

[摘要] 天津市濱海新區名中醫耿連岐主任醫師的學術思想主要為“陽氣為先，陰血為本;因勢利導，辟除陰邪;五方平衡，六部通暢;陰平陽秘，氣血乃和”。本文以闡釋學術思想為核心，從陰陽理論、五行學說、天人相應理論展開討論，將來源于古典醫籍的耿連岐主任醫師學術思想重新回歸到中醫經典著作中進行解讀，提出治病首辨陽氣的重要性，把扶助陽氣作為治療疾病的首選;把臟腑辨證和經絡辨證有機的統一起來，治療大法最后都統一到氣血表里陰陽的統一中，最終達到中和的狀態。

Exploring the source of chief physician Geng Lianqi′s academic thought

[Abstract] The academic thoughts of chief physician Geng Lianqi， a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Binhai New Area of Tianjin， are mainly as follows： "Yang-qi is the first， Yin blood is the foundation; according to the situation， the evil of Yin is eliminated; five sides are balanced， six parts are unobstructed; Yin and Yang are constipated， Qi and Blood are harmonious". This paper takes explaining the academic thought as the core， discusses from the Yin-Yang theory， the Five Elements theory and the theory of correspondence between heaven and man， reinterprets the academic thought of chief physician Geng Lianqi， who originated from the classical medical books， into the classical works of traditional Chinese medicine， and puts forward the importance of differentiating Yang-qi first in treating diseases， and regards supporting Yang-qi as the first choice for treating diseases， and combining the viscera syndrome differentiation and meridian syndrome differentiation organically， and the treatment methods are finally unified into the unification of Qi and Blood， Yin and Yang， the outside and the inside， and finally reach the state of neutralization.

耿連岐主任醫師研讀《黃帝內經》《傷寒論》，沉潛于斯二十余載，結合多年臨證經驗，潛心研究，在陰陽的層面上考慮疾病的本質病機，根于病機立法，本文將耿連岐主任醫師的治病理念總結為“陽氣為先，陰血為本;因勢利導，辟除陰邪;五方平衡，六部通暢;陰平陽秘，氣血乃和”。其中，“陽氣為先，陰血為本”為治病的主導思想;“五方平衡，六部通暢”為臟腑六經辯證的理論指導;“因勢利導，辟除陰邪”為根據疾病的趨勢采用適宜的治療手段，因勢利導，最終達到“陰平陽秘，氣血乃合”的健康狀態。以下就耿連岐主任醫師的學術思想，展開討論，不揣鄙陋，一并和盤托出，以饗同道。
