家庭醫生式服務對社區2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂、血壓聯合達標及生活質量的效果觀察

[摘要] 目的 分析家庭醫生式服務對社區2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂、血壓聯合達標及生活質量的效果。方法? 隨機將該社區的300例2型糖尿病患者作為研究對象，對其進行隨機分組后，一組給與家庭醫生式服務，為研究組，一組給與常規的管理，為對照組，研究展開時間為2017年7月—2018年10月，對比兩組患者的血糖、血脂、血壓聯合達標及生活質量。結果 研究組患者血糖、血脂、血壓聯合達標率為93.33%（140例），高于對照組的78.67%（118例），兩組數據比較差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）;研究組患者軀體健康評分為（83.6±3.2）分，心理健康評分為（85.7±3.8）分，情感功能評分為（81.6±4.7）分，社會功能評分為（86.7±3.6）分，各項生活質量評分均高于對照組（P<0.05）。同時，研究組患者的依從性明顯優于對照組，兩組比較差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 家庭醫生式服務可以有效穩定社區2型糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂、血壓，并提高患者的生活質量，建議進行推廣。

Effect of Family Doctor-type Service on Blood Glucose， Blood Lipids and Blood Pressure in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Combination with Quality of Life

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of family doctor-style services on blood glucose， blood lipids and blood pressure in community type 2 diabetes patients and their quality of life. Methods A total of 300 patients with type 2 diabetes in our community were randomly selected. After randomization， a group was given a family doctor-type service as the study group and a group were given regular management as a control group. The time was from July 2017 to October 2018. The blood glucose， blood lipids and blood pressure were compared in the two groups and the quality of life was compared. Results The combined rate of blood glucose， blood lipid and blood pressure in the study group was 93.33%（140 cases）， which was higher than that in the control group 78.67% （118 cases）. The data of the two groups were statistically significant（P<0.05）; the body health score of the study group was （83.6±3.2）points， the mental health score was（85.7±3.8）points， the emotional function score was（81.6±4.7）points， the social function score was（86.7±3.6）points， and the quality of life scores were higher than the control group （P<0.05）. At the same time， the compliance of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The family doctor-style service can effectively stabilize the blood glucose， blood lipids and blood pressure of patients with type 2 diabetes in the community and improve the quality of life of patients. It is recommended to promote it.
