Objective To understand the achievements of a tertiary special hospital in Beijing since the Research-Oriented Hospital strategy was put forward in 2014, and to provide suggestions for further promoting the progress of research-oriented hospital construction by analyzing and summarizing the internal causes. Methods Descriptive analysis and Chi-square test were used to analyze the data of talent introduction, talent training, and the papers published by senior title doctors in a tertiary special hospital in Beijing from 2010 to 2018. Results After 2014, the hospital strengthened the talent introduction and talent training. The educational structure of senior title doctors became optimized. The number and total impact factors of published SCI papers, and the number of published papers about clinical translational research all improved. Conclusion To develop into a research-oriented hospital, the hospital should focus on talent training and talent echelon construction, create a favorable soft environment of scientific research for medical talents through various ways, inspire enthusiasm and creativity for research in medical talents, and stick to translational medicine all the time.
研究型醫(yī)院建設(shè)是以醫(yī)學(xué)科研推動(dòng)臨床技術(shù)水平提升、推動(dòng)人民群眾健康事業(yè)發(fā)展的需要[1]。2014年北京某大學(xué)附屬三甲專科醫(yī)院提出建設(shè)研究型醫(yī)院的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,參考《中國(guó)研究型醫(yī)院建設(shè)指南》有關(guān)建議[2],制定了確立醫(yī)院愿景、加強(qiáng)人才培養(yǎng)與引進(jìn)、搭建國(guó)際交流平臺(tái)、鼓勵(lì)臨床轉(zhuǎn)化研究四個(gè)方面的具體措施,推動(dòng)醫(yī)院的轉(zhuǎn)型與發(fā)展。
臨床醫(yī)師是研究型醫(yī)院建設(shè)的核心力量,肩負(fù)著醫(yī)、教、研全面發(fā)展的重任[3]。臨床醫(yī)師的科研行為,在很大程度上可反映研究型醫(yī)院的建設(shè)進(jìn)程。本文通過(guò)梳理北京某大學(xué)附屬三級(jí)甲等??漆t(yī)院2010-2018年人才引進(jìn)和人才培養(yǎng)情況以及晉升醫(yī)師系列高級(jí)職稱人員論著發(fā)表情況,了解該醫(yī)院2014年提出建設(shè)研究型醫(yī)院戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃及實(shí)施四項(xiàng)舉措后,在人才培養(yǎng)與人才引進(jìn)、鼓勵(lì)臨床轉(zhuǎn)化研究取得的成效,分析原因,查找不足,為進(jìn)一步提升研究型醫(yī)院的建設(shè)水平提供參考。
1.資料來(lái)源。本研究數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源于北京市某大學(xué)附屬三甲??漆t(yī)院2010-2018年的人力資源數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)及人事檔案材料。梳理2010-2018年該醫(yī)院人才引進(jìn)和人才培養(yǎng)情況,同時(shí)以2010-2018年64位晉升主任醫(yī)師和120位晉升副主任醫(yī)師的臨床醫(yī)師作為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)梳理職稱評(píng)審留存的檔案材料,獲得研究對(duì)象申報(bào)晉升高級(jí)職稱發(fā)表論著相關(guān)的指標(biāo)信息,具體包括:職稱評(píng)聘年份、學(xué)歷、擬晉升職稱、發(fā)表論著的分類、發(fā)表SCI論著數(shù)量、發(fā)表SCI論著總影響因子、發(fā)表中文核心期刊論著的數(shù)量等?!?br>
