[摘 要]物流業作為21世紀的重要朝陽產業,肩負著為整個國民經濟和社會生活提供物流保障的巨大責任,服務于億萬民眾。物流業作為服務行業,其物流服務質量的高低,對于整個國民經濟和物流客戶滿意度的影響起著至關重要的作用。因此,開展優化物流服務質量的研究具備重大的現實意義。鑒于PDCA循環法能夠起到有效優化服務質量的作用,故其同樣適用于優化物流服務質量?;赑DCA循環法、物流服務質量等相關理論的基礎上,通過構建一個全新的、有效的物流服務質量評價體系,采用PDCA循環法全方位優化物流服務質量。

Abstract: Logistics industry as an important sunrise industry in the 21st century,shouldering the enormous responsibility of providing logistics support for the entire national economy and social life,serving hundreds of millions of people.Logistics industry as a service industry,the quality of its logistics services,aiming at the impact of overall national economy and logistics customer satisfaction.Studying the optimization of logistics service quality is of great practical significance for the development of national economy and the improvement of logistics customer satisfaction.The PDCA cycle method is an effective method that is very suitable for optimizing service quality,the optimization of logistics service quality also applies.This paper focuses on the related theory of PDCA cycle method and logistics service quality,constructed a new indicator system for logistics service quality evaluation,and the PDCA cycle method is used to optimize the logistics service quality.

2018年11月11日,天貓全天2315億元交易額創下歷史新高,隨之而來的中國物流業也正式進入了單日10億訂單的時代。菜鳥網絡所公布的數據顯示,截至2018年天貓“雙十一”正式結束,其物流訂單達到了10.42億。這個體量相當于美國全國大約20天的包裹量,接近英國全國4個月的包裹量。2000年中國全網全年也大約只有1億,2006年中國全網全年才接近10億。在以往,每年“雙十一”物流快遞業都如臨大敵,快遞爆倉、貨物損壞、包裹丟失、配送緩慢、送錯地址等情況時有發生,顧客對物流服務質量不滿的抱怨不斷。而此次“雙十一”,這種情況得到了很大的改進,與物流有關的快遞爆倉負面消息大幅度減少,取而代之的是各物流公司爭相比拼送貨的速度、高科技在物流當中的應用等?!?br>
