區塊鏈在數字版權領域的應用

摘 ? 要：文章旨在圍繞版權發展的現狀及存在問題，分析了區塊鏈技術如何能更好地與版權應用深入契合。重點介紹數字版權相關概念、內涵，從數字版權行業現狀及數字版權保護存在的問題出發，主要分析了區塊鏈版權應用可行性和區塊鏈數字版權應用方向，根據區塊鏈版權應用模式、技術架構，區塊鏈數字版權應用現狀等，總結了區塊鏈數字版權發展趨勢。

Abstract： The purpose of this article is to analyze how the blockchain technology can better integrate with copyright applications based on the current situation and problems of copyright development. Focused on the concepts and connotations of digital copyright， started from the current status of the digital copyright industry and the problems of digital copyright protection， it mainly analyzed the feasibility of blockchain copyright application， the direction of blockchain digital copyright application， and accorded to the blockchain copyright application model and technology Architecture， the current status of the application of blockchain digital copyright， etc.， summarized the development trend of blockchain digital copyright.

1 引言

版權是知識產權的重要組成部分，與文化和創新有著天然的聯系，強化版權保護是推動我國建設創新型國家，由文化大國向文化強國轉變的關鍵所在。數字版權是版權進入數字化時代的豐富和補充。數字版權是作者享有的以數字化方式保存、復制、發行作品的權利。作品被以二進制數字的形式固化在硬盤、光盤等物理介質或載體，通過網絡以數字信號的方式傳播。隨著我國經濟結構的轉型和消費升級，文娛產業迅猛發展。根據國家版權局網絡版權產業研究基地《2018年中國網絡版權產業發展報告》，2018年中國網絡版權產業規模達7423億元，同比增長16.6%。其中，網絡新聞媒體、網絡游戲和網絡視頻作為網絡版權產業主要構成部分，占總規模85%。2018年中國網絡版權產業用戶付費規模接近3686億元，同比增長15.8%。用戶付費規模占整體市場規模的比重也從2016年的44%增到2018年的近50%，實現持續高速增長。

但是，在自媒體時代的影響下，數字內容創作門檻逐漸降低，網絡文學、圖片、音視頻等數字內容爆發式增長，數字內容市場迎來迅速繁榮。……
