基于ISM的在線學(xué)習(xí)參與度影響因素模型研究

摘 ?要： 學(xué)習(xí)參與度不高是導(dǎo)致在線學(xué)習(xí)輟學(xué)率高和結(jié)業(yè)率低的重要原因，探究在線學(xué)習(xí)參與度影響因素對提高在線學(xué)習(xí)質(zhì)量具有重大價值。首先采用文獻分析法和訪談研究法確定在線學(xué)習(xí)參與度的18個影響因素。然后分析各因素之間的邏輯關(guān)系，建立鄰接矩陣，計算可達矩陣，通過層級分解，繪制在線學(xué)習(xí)參與度影響因素的結(jié)構(gòu)模型。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，學(xué)習(xí)動機、學(xué)習(xí)氛圍是影響在線學(xué)習(xí)參與度的直接原因;知識呈現(xiàn)方式、平臺易用性、課程難度、課程時長以及活動安排是最基礎(chǔ)因素;其余因素作為間接因素發(fā)揮作用。最后，嘗試提出改善在線學(xué)習(xí)參與度的建議，以期為后續(xù)在線課程建設(shè)提供新思路。

Research on Influencing Factors Model of Online Learning Participation Based on ISM

【Abstract】： Low participation rate is an important reason for the high dropout rate and low completion rate of online learning. It is of great value to explore the influencing factors of online learning participation to improve the quality of online learning. Firstly， literature analysis and interview research were used to determine 18 influencing factors of online learning participation. Then， analyze the logical relations among the factors， establish the adjacency matrix， calculate the accessible matrix， and draw the structure model through hierarchical decomposition. Finally， some Suggestions are proposed to improve the participation of online learning in order to provide new ideas for the construction of online courses.

0 ?引言

在教育信息化時代背景下，在線學(xué)習(xí)已成為教育領(lǐng)域中重要的學(xué)習(xí)方式。盡管在線課程學(xué)生注冊數(shù)量龐大，但實際參與以及持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)的人數(shù)并未顯著增加[1]。輟學(xué)率高、結(jié)業(yè)率低、難以深入學(xué)習(xí)的現(xiàn)象嚴重影響在線學(xué)習(xí)效用，導(dǎo)致優(yōu)質(zhì)資源浪費。如何促使學(xué)習(xí)者積極投入課程，使在線學(xué)習(xí)的優(yōu)勢得以真正發(fā)揮成為在線教育領(lǐng)域中迫在眉睫的問題。

學(xué)習(xí)者主動參與是在線學(xué)習(xí)發(fā)生的必要條件，參與度的高低成為在線學(xué)習(xí)有效性的顯著標志。參與度研究的代表人物Astin，A.W表明，學(xué)生參與不僅有助于提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量，增強教學(xué)的社會性，同時可以讓課堂充滿活力，使學(xué)生真正成為教學(xué)的主人[2]。……
