論沂蒙精神與黨群關(guān)系的內(nèi)在一致性

摘 要： 沂蒙精神是中國共產(chǎn)黨帶領(lǐng)廣大沂蒙兒女在不同歷史時期下創(chuàng)造出來的偉大精神，是中國共產(chǎn)黨寶貴的精神財富。沂蒙精神誕生于上世紀40年代，豐富于改革開放之后，并在新的歷史時期下得以繼承弘揚。作為中國革命精神的重要組成部分，沂蒙精神與其他紅色精神一樣都是中國革命譜系的一部分，它們之間具有內(nèi)在的邏輯傳承。從其自身而言，沂蒙精神從萌芽、發(fā)展到如今的再創(chuàng)新，無論是產(chǎn)生的歷史基礎(chǔ)、哲學(xué)內(nèi)涵還是時代價值都與群眾工作密切相關(guān)，存在著高度的內(nèi)在契合性。這種一致性為我們新時期黨群關(guān)系的建設(shè)，社會主義核心價值體系的豐富以及偉大中國夢的實現(xiàn)都提供著精神動力，是我們可以挖掘的精神素材。

Abstract： The spirit of Yimeng was created by Yimeng offspring led by the Communist Party of China in different historical periods， which is the valuable spiritual wealth of the Communist Party of China. The spirit of Yimeng was born in the 1940s， abounded after reform and opening up， and inherited and promoted in the new historical period. As an important part of the Chinese revolutionary spirit， the Yimeng spirit is part of the Chinese revolutionary spectrum， just like other red spirits， and they have an inherent logic. From its own point of view， the spirit of Yimeng spirit from budding to todays re-innovation， whether it is the historical basis， philosophical connotation or the value of the times， is closely related to the work of the masses， and there is a high degree of internal conformity. This consistency provides the spiritual drive for the building of the Party-masses relations in the new period， the enrichment of the socialist core value system， and the realization of the great Chinese dream. This is the spiritual material that we can dig up.

沂蒙精神是沂蒙兒女在中國革命戰(zhàn)爭背景下，形成的具有地域特色的民族精神匯聚，是中國共產(chǎn)黨寶貴的歷史財富，也是黨和廣大人民群眾魚水情深的有力佐證之一。作為革命精神的傳承譜系，沂蒙精神誕生于上世紀40年代，豐富于改革開放之后，并在新的歷史條件下，被集中表述為“愛黨擁軍、銳意創(chuàng)新、艱苦奮斗、大愛無私”。這一表述集中體現(xiàn)了沂蒙精神豐富的思想內(nèi)涵、與時俱進的時代品格，以及深刻的文化底蘊和世代相傳的精神堅守。可以說，沂蒙精神與其他紅色精神一樣，都是黨和軍隊在探索和完善中國革命道路過程中形成的智慧結(jié)晶。……
