摘要[目的]分析金寨紅陽獼猴桃提取物抗腫瘤及抑菌活性。[方法]采用水提法、醇提法提取金寨紅陽獼猴桃活性物質。通過提取物對SH-SY5Y、HELA和MCF-7這3種腫瘤細胞形態結構的破壞以及生長抑制,測定其抗腫瘤活性。通過提取物對大腸桿菌、枯草芽孢桿菌、黑曲霉以及酵母菌的生長抑制作用,分析其抑菌功能。[結果]金寨紅陽獼猴桃提取物能破壞3種腫瘤細胞的細胞形態,當添加量為20.0 μL時,對SH-SY5Y的抑制率為38%±6%,對HELA的抑制率為25%±5%,對MCF-7的抑制率為24%±3%。提取物添加量為40.0 μL時,可完全抑制大腸桿菌及枯草芽孢桿菌的生長。提取物添加量為80.0 μL時對黑曲霉及酵母菌沒有明顯的抑制作用。[結論]金寨紅陽獼猴桃提取物能抑制腫瘤細胞及細菌的生長,可用于保健品及藥物的開發利用。

Abstract[Objective]The research aimed to study the antitumor and antimicrobial activity of Jinzhai Hongyang kiwi fruit extract.[Method]The active substances of Jinzhai Hongyang kiwi fruit were extracted by distilled water and ethanol respectively. The antitumor activity of the extract was measured by the destruction of the cell morphology and growth inhibition against SHSY5Y, HELA and MCF7. The growth inhibitory of the extract was also analyzed against Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Aspergillus niger and Saccharomyces.[Result]The kiwi fruit extract could destroy the morphology of three kinds of tumor cells. The inhibition rate of the extract against SHSY5Y was 38%±6% at the additive amount of 20.0 μL, and it was 25%±5% against HELA, which was 24%±3% against MCF7. The growth of escherichia coli and bacillus subtilis could be completely inhibited by the extract at the additive amount of 40.0 μL. The extract had no significant inhibition against aspergillus Niger and Saccharomyces at the additive amount of 80.0 μL.[Conclusion]Jinzhai Hongyang kiwi fruit extract can inhibit the growth of tumor cells and bacteria, and it can be used for the development of health care products and drugs.

獼猴桃屬于獼猴桃科獼猴桃屬,是一種落葉和半落葉的常綠藤本植物[1]。該水果中含有豐富的堿類、水解酶類、果膠類、糖類物質以及維生素C等活性物質,具有清熱、利尿、促進血液循環、治療肝炎以及抗腫瘤等作用[2]。金寨獼猴桃是安徽省六安市金寨縣特產,其主要品種有紅陽、海沃德等適生品種,當地政府一直給予大力支持,使得獼猴桃產業已成為該地重要的支柱產業之一。
目前,將獼猴桃運用于醫藥保健品的開發已成為農學及生命科學的研究新熱點[3]。人們已發現獼猴桃對促進神經末梢的生長恢復有一定的幫助[4]。……
