摘要 分析了農科大學生的就業困境及原因,認為由于農科大學生就業過程中顯現出專業認可度低、從業匹配度低、職業幸福感低等問題,導致農業人才的流失和教育資源的浪費。探討了基于農科人才培養的全程化就業指導體系建立問題,強調以提高農科類學生的專業認可度為關鍵,以提高農科類學生的職業勝任力為重點,以提高農科類學生的求職技能培訓為保障。從實踐與探索方面,強調建設一支專業化的就業指導師隊伍,改革本科生教育模式,營造良好的校園文化氛圍。

Abstract Employment Predicament and reasons of Agricultural University Students was analyzed, it was thought that because of the problems in the employment process of agricultural college students, such as low professional recognition, low employment matching, low professional happiness, etc., leading to the loss of agricultural talents and the waste of educational resources. The establishment of the whole process employment guidance system based on the cultivation of agricultural talents was discussed, which emphasised on improving the professional recognition of agricultural students as the key, improving the professional competence of agricultural students as the focus, and improving the Agricultural Students' job hunting skills training as a guarantee. From the aspects of practice and exploration, it emphasized the construction of a professional employment mentor team, reforming undergraduate education model, and creating a good campus culture atmosphere.

農業是我國國民經濟的基礎,“三農”問題關系國家的發展大局。農業發展需要大量的科技人才,為此我國建設了一批農科類高等院校,以培養農林技術人才,促進農業產業升級,支撐農村基礎事業發展[1],推動農業現代化,實現農民增產增收和農村的脫貧致富。然而調查數據顯示,一方面,農科類學生第一志愿率普遍較低,學生對于專業的興趣與認可度普遍不高,轉專業愿望較為強烈;另一方面,農科大學畢業生就業難、待遇低、工作環境差已成為不爭的事實。因此,許多農科畢業生選擇跨專業考研或者跨專業就業,導致學生的從業匹配度較低[2]。提高農科類專業的生源質量,提高學生的專業認可度,提高學生的就業質量,做好學生的就業指導工作迫在眉睫。……
