摘要 分析了農(nóng)科大學(xué)生的就業(yè)困境及原因,認(rèn)為由于農(nóng)科大學(xué)生就業(yè)過(guò)程中顯現(xiàn)出專業(yè)認(rèn)可度低、從業(yè)匹配度低、職業(yè)幸福感低等問(wèn)題,導(dǎo)致農(nóng)業(yè)人才的流失和教育資源的浪費(fèi)。探討了基于農(nóng)科人才培養(yǎng)的全程化就業(yè)指導(dǎo)體系建立問(wèn)題,強(qiáng)調(diào)以提高農(nóng)科類學(xué)生的專業(yè)認(rèn)可度為關(guān)鍵,以提高農(nóng)科類學(xué)生的職業(yè)勝任力為重點(diǎn),以提高農(nóng)科類學(xué)生的求職技能培訓(xùn)為保障。從實(shí)踐與探索方面,強(qiáng)調(diào)建設(shè)一支專業(yè)化的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍,改革本科生教育模式,營(yíng)造良好的校園文化氛圍。

Abstract Employment Predicament and reasons of Agricultural University Students was analyzed, it was thought that because of the problems in the employment process of agricultural college students, such as low professional recognition, low employment matching, low professional happiness, etc., leading to the loss of agricultural talents and the waste of educational resources. The establishment of the whole process employment guidance system based on the cultivation of agricultural talents was discussed, which emphasised on improving the professional recognition of agricultural students as the key, improving the professional competence of agricultural students as the focus, and improving the Agricultural Students' job hunting skills training as a guarantee. From the aspects of practice and exploration, it emphasized the construction of a professional employment mentor team, reforming undergraduate education model, and creating a good campus culture atmosphere.

農(nóng)業(yè)是我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ),“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題關(guān)系國(guó)家的發(fā)展大局。農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展需要大量的科技人才,為此我國(guó)建設(shè)了一批農(nóng)科類高等院校,以培養(yǎng)農(nóng)林技術(shù)人才,促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí),支撐農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)事業(yè)發(fā)展[1],推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化,實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)民增產(chǎn)增收和農(nóng)村的脫貧致富。然而調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)顯示,一方面,農(nóng)科類學(xué)生第一志愿率普遍較低,學(xué)生對(duì)于專業(yè)的興趣與認(rèn)可度普遍不高,轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)愿望較為強(qiáng)烈;另一方面,農(nóng)科大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難、待遇低、工作環(huán)境差已成為不爭(zhēng)的事實(shí)。因此,許多農(nóng)科畢業(yè)生選擇跨專業(yè)考研或者跨專業(yè)就業(yè),導(dǎo)致學(xué)生的從業(yè)匹配度較低[2]。提高農(nóng)科類專業(yè)的生源質(zhì)量,提高學(xué)生的專業(yè)認(rèn)可度,提高學(xué)生的就業(yè)質(zhì)量,做好學(xué)生的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作迫在眉睫?!?br>
