摘要 [目的]明確“金艷”獼猴桃貯期腐爛病病原菌的種類。[方法]采用形態(tài)學(xué)及分子生物學(xué)方法對(duì)“金艷”獼猴桃貯期致腐微生物進(jìn)行分離鑒定。[結(jié)果]與“金艷”獼猴桃貯藏期間腐爛相關(guān)的菌有 Botrytis cinerea、Sclerotinia sclerotiorum、Eutypella microtheca、Penicillium expansum、Cladosporium cladosporioides共5種。其中對(duì)于Botrytis cinerea、 Sclerotinia sclerotiorum、Penicillium expansum 3種菌已有獼猴桃致腐的報(bào)道,Eutypella microtheca、Cladosporium cladosporioides 感染獼猴桃為首次報(bào)道。[結(jié)論]該研究為“金艷”獼猴桃采后腐爛病防治研究提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)。

Abstract [Objective]To specify the spoilage bacteria species of “Jinyan”kiwifruit. [Method]The rot disease pathogens during storage of “Jinyan” kiwifruit were isolated and identificated.[Result]Five species of spoilage bacteria were identified as Botrytis cinerea, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,Eutypella microtheca,Penicillium expansum,Cladosporium cladosporioides respectively. S. sclerotiorum,B. cinerea and P. expansum had been already reported in some other kiwifruit rot, while, E. microtheca and C. cladosporioides were the first reported in kiwifruit rot. [Conclusion] This study provided a scientific basis for the research on the prevention and control of rot for “Jinyan”kiwifruit after postharvest.

“金艷”獼猴桃是由中國(guó)科學(xué)院武漢植物園以毛花獼猴桃為母本,以中華獼猴桃為父本雜交選育的新品種[1],果實(shí)為四倍體,果肉金黃色,肉質(zhì)細(xì)嫩多汁,風(fēng)味清香,具有高產(chǎn)、晚熟、耐儲(chǔ)等優(yōu)良特性,是全球三大優(yōu)良黃肉獼猴桃品種之一[1-2],深受廣大消費(fèi)者的喜愛(ài)。四川省蒲江縣是“金艷”獼猴桃的故鄉(xiāng),2010年蒲江獼猴桃被授予“地理標(biāo)志保護(hù)產(chǎn)品”稱號(hào),蒲江成為全球最大的優(yōu)質(zhì)黃肉獼猴桃產(chǎn)業(yè)基地,“金艷”獼猴桃也迅速成為四川省主栽獼猴桃品種之一,在當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮主要支撐作用。隨著“金艷”獼猴桃產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,圍繞“金艷”獼猴桃的栽培、采收以及采后貯藏等相關(guān)研究也逐漸深入。王琪凱等[2]對(duì)“金艷”獼猴桃果實(shí)生長(zhǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)律和貯藏性能進(jìn)行了研究,為“金艷”獼猴桃的栽培管理、適時(shí)采收及果蔬貯藏等提供了理論依據(jù);錢政江等[1]研究了采收期及低溫貯藏對(duì)“金艷”獼猴桃品質(zhì)的影響,為“金艷”獼猴桃采收期及采后貯藏方式的制定提供了理論參考;……
