電子圍欄防拆絕緣子的設計

摘要：針對目前電子圍欄絕緣子安全性差、中間絕緣子與終端絕緣子無法通用等問題，研究并設計了一種具有防拆功能的絕緣子。該設計既能阻止入侵者輕易拆除或松動絕緣子，還能保證可維修性；中間絕緣子和終端絕緣子合二為一，有利于降低生產(chǎn)成本和零件管理成本。詳細介紹了兩種防拆方案，并對方案的優(yōu)缺點展開了討論。最后，從工業(yè)設計角度進行了多款絕緣子外觀造型的設計，可供用戶選用。

Abstract： In view of the problems of poor safety of electronic fence insulators as well as the poor universality of intermediate insulators and terminal insulators， a kind of insulators with anti dismantling function was studied and designed. This design not only prevents the intruders from easily dismantling or loosening insulators， but also ensures the maintainability； the intermediate insulators and terminal insulators were combined to reduce the cost of production and the cost of part management. Secondly， two kinds of tampering schemes were introduced in detail， and the advantages and disadvantages of the schemes were discussed. Finally， from the perspective of industrial design， a variety of insulator appearance modeling design had been carried out for users to choose.

在現(xiàn)代化城市建設中，小區(qū)安防建設已經(jīng)逐漸成為人們關注的重點，越來越多的購房者對項目的智能化安防建設重視有加。無論是安保人員還是安防設備都要求到位，從周界防越到視頻監(jiān)控，從門禁到出入口控制面面俱到，以期給人更多的安全感，提升小區(qū)價值[1]。

電子圍欄是目前最先進的周界防盜報警系統(tǒng)，而絕緣子是電子圍欄前端必備的關鍵配件，一般采用尼龍、ABS等塑料材質生產(chǎn)，其作用是固定圍欄導線，同時確保圍欄導線高壓脈沖電與支架之間的絕緣。根據(jù)其安裝位置及作用的不同，絕緣子可分為終端絕緣子和中間絕緣子兩類[2]，終端絕緣子用于固定和拉緊導線的兩端；中間絕緣子用于支撐導線。現(xiàn)有的絕緣子多為一體式結構，直接套在圓形支架桿上，然后用螺釘鎖緊，最終螺釘暴露在外，不但容易銹蝕，且入侵者可輕松將其松動或拆下，安全性低。……
