As the major achievements of the Party’s theoretical and practical innovations and the important content of Xi Jinping’s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the “four comprehensives” strategic arrangement is not only the most important practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering the new era,but also the most powerful force to push forward the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.In order to adapt to the new development in the new era and to deepen the study of the “four comprehensives” strategic arrangement,we must firmly grasp the three cognitive dimensions:to highlight the theme,that is,to further study and reveal the functions and connotations of the four comprehensives strategic arrangement from the perspective of what kind of socialism with Chinese characteristics we should uphold and develop and how to uphold and develop it in the new era; to adhere to the main line,that is,to further study and reveal the essence of the four comprehensives strategic arrangement from the perspective of the historical process and realistic orientation of building a modern socialist country; to grasp the national conditions,that is,to further study and reveal the direction and path of the four comprehensives strategic arrangement from the perspective of the historical position of and major problems faced by China’s development.

The reform of China’s social security system is faced with a complicated severe domestic and international environment.In order to promote the long-term sustainable development of the social security system,China’s social security should be reformed along with international experience.Starting from the study of the internationalization of social security system and based on the generalization of the connotation and characteristics of international social security,the paper explores the current situation and its existing problems in practical international social security from the perspective of international social security agreement.On the basis of above analysis,the paper put up some suggestions including to improve the internationalization of social security system,to accelerate the building of an international network of social security system in the world.

The promotion of enterprise’s brand value is of great importance to the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,while there is always a theoretical paradox about whether the embeddedness of enterprises in social network is conducive to enhancing brand value.Based on the perspective of network embeddedness,the paper analyses the effect of relational and structural embeddedness on brand value and the mediation effect of social responsibility.The paper introduces strategic consistency into analytic network and discusses the moderating effect of strategic consistency on the intermediary role of social responsibility.It is found out that relational and structural embeddedness has clear positive impact upon brand value,that social responsibility plays a significant intermediary role in the relationship between network embeddedness and brand value and that strategic consistency has a moderating effect on the role of social responsibility in the latter half path.The paper can not only explain the value paradox of network embeddedness and enrich the study of brand value,but also provide practical evidence for the brand building and transformation of Chinese manufacturing industry.

The film adaptation ofTheStrangeTalesofLiaoZhaiin mainland China(1949-) reflects different adaptation concept,methods,aesthetic interests and different artistic achievements.There are three types of adaptation:the image reconstruction of the original plot frame; the expansion of original plot or the combination of many stories; the modern transformation of original work.As the adapters failed to appreciate the advantages and disadvantages whenTheStrangeTalesofLiaoZhaiwas adapted into a movie,so there are few successful adaptation works in mainland China(1949-).Therefore,we should re-examine the stories inTheStrangeTalesofLiaoZhaiin accordance with screenwriter’s requirements,with modern values and with the norms of film creation.The national characteristics ofTheStrangeTalesofLiaoZhai,including folk custom,public feeling,national values and national narrative,should be vigorously promoted.

The hierarchical the theoretical system of crime considers that crime is the illegal and responsible behavior of constitutive elements.It can be seen from the order of cognizance of crime that the behavior is the element that runs through the hierarchical the theoretical system of crime,independent of the constitutive element conformance,illegality and responsibility,and is at the forefront of hierarchical the theoretical system of crime as a unit.The theory which adopted such a system is called “theory of naked behavior”.In concern of the relationship between the conformity and illegality of constitutive requirements,there is a debate between the “theory of separation” and the “theory of integration”.As there is only the violation of legal resistance in the stage of illegality,the “theory of integration” has more obvious theoretical advantage.In addition,the theoretical system of crime of purposeful behavior,the theoretical system of crime of deliberate negligence dichotomy,and the theoretical system of crime of negative constitutive elements have great drawbacks.Therefore,the system of “behavior,illegal,duty” is more reasonable.
