基于IPA的信息技術類專業(yè)大學生就業(yè)能力提升對策研究

摘 要：信息技術產業(yè)是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟的重要引擎，信息技術類專業(yè)大學生作為信息技術產業(yè)的未來從業(yè)者，其就業(yè)能力必將對信息技術產業(yè)發(fā)展的層次和深度起到重要影響作用。本研究運用IPA（Importance and Performance Analysis）即“即重要性-表現(xiàn)程度分析法”對信息技術類專業(yè)大學生就業(yè)能力指標的重要性及滿意度進行評價。本文構建了信息技術類專業(yè)大學生就業(yè)能力評價IPA四象限分析圖，并且根據(jù)評價結果，從宏觀政策機制層面、中觀高校教育、社會管理層面以及微觀個體成長層面提出針對性的提升策略。

Abstract：IT industry is one of the most important engines of modern economy.As the current college students majoring in IT will work in this industry after graduation，their employability will bring significant impact to the levels and depths of information technology development.The study evaluates the importance and satisfaction level of the employability of college students majoring in IT by means of Importance and Performance Analysis （IPA），constructs the IPA four-quadrant model to evaluate the employability index system for college students majoring in IT，and proposes improvement strategies based on the evaluation results，from the macro level of national policies，the medium level of higher education and social management，and the micro level of individual development.

1 引言（Introduction）

以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為代表的新一代信息技術和制造業(yè)的跨界融合和深度應用，將推動“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”新模式新業(yè)態(tài)快速發(fā)展，深刻改變生產生活方式和經(jīng)濟社會運行。在此背景下，產業(yè)對于信息技術類專業(yè)人才需求量、需求規(guī)格及綜合素質的要求不斷提高。與此同時，由于我國高等學校的招生規(guī)模逐步擴大，大學畢業(yè)生數(shù)量不斷擴大，其就業(yè)形勢之嚴峻達到了前所未有的程度，連就業(yè)前景廣闊的軟件、通信等專業(yè)的大學畢業(yè)生也遭遇了就業(yè)困難。雖然市場在人才供需整體上處于需大于供的狀態(tài)，但市場供求的匹配度差距越來越大，其原因在于信息技術類專業(yè)大學生就業(yè)能力存在缺陷。

本研究通過IPA分析法對信息技術類專業(yè)大學生就業(yè)能力要素進行分析，針對需要提升和改進的因素，提出相應的解決對策，希望能為信息技術類專業(yè)大學生就業(yè)能力、就業(yè)質量的提升提供參考。……
