With the improvement of peoples living standards and the demand for comfort of clothing， knitted fabrics have tended to be light and thin. The proportion of using fine count yarns is on the rise. As a result， the circular knitting machine is seeing increasingly finer needle gauge， while the computer circular weft needle selection technology is also showing a trend of diversification. For example， the double-sided computer jacquard machines that use both upper and lower electronic needle selection are being gradually increased. In addition， such techniques as both upper and lower electronic needle selection， loop transfer， and yarn change are integrated in one device， which cannot only increase equipment capabilities but also expand the variety of weaving patterns.

常德紡機 兩款經編機高速高效

本屆展會上，常德紡機將展出E2296-136-E22型經編機、E2528/3A系列新型高速經編機等展品。

E2296-136-E22型經編機是常德紡織機械有限公司根據市場需求于2016年開發的一款專門用來生產賈卡提花經編間隔織物的設備。該機主要用來編織3～12mm 的間隔織物，可廣泛用于鞋材、汽車座墊及汽車內裝飾織物、床墊織物以及其它床上用品。該機具有7把梳櫛（5把地梳櫛，2把賈卡紗梳櫛），可以滿足用戶對各種提花間隔織物的設計需求。

該機具有相當高的機電一體化水平，采用電子送經、電子牽拉以及電子橫移（可選配），極大地方便用戶進行產品開發設計、工藝調整和操作維護；能夠滿足用戶對各種提花工藝間隔織物的需求，最小可以編織3mm，最大可以編織12mm的間隔織物，適應編織的單絲（間隔紗）原料范圍比較廣；該機采用變頻調速，最高編織速度可以達到500橫列/分鐘。

E2528/3A系列新型高速經編機是常德紡織機械有限公司于2016年9月在原有的E2528/3-218型經編機基礎上推出的一款單針床高速經編機。

該系列經編機采用復合針，機幅有218英寸、186英寸、238英寸（后續還有更寬幅機型推出）；機號（針數/英寸）有 E28、 E32兩種，最高編織速度為2200轉/分。該機型具有較高的機電一體化水平，采用電子送經、電子牽拉，極大地方便用戶進行操作和維修。該機型有如下特點：采用碳纖維復合材料針床，使設備適應溫度變化的范圍更廣，同時提高了機器運轉速度；曲軸連桿箱采用主動潤滑及油循環恒溫控制系統，使設備溫度更穩定，潤滑效果更理想；床身采用大截面結構，增加剛度，提高生產穩定性；槽針、針芯、沉降片床主副臂均采用哈夫結構，便于拆卸維護；改進紗路，面梳可采用42英寸盤頭，進一步提高生產效率。endprint

該機可采用滌綸和錦綸長絲、腈綸絲、氨綸絲、滌綸變形絲、混紡紗等原料，編織平素織物、彈力織物、網孔織物和絨類織物等坯布，經相應的后整理工序加工后，可用于制做一般的衣用面料、運動裝、泳裝、席夢思面料、鞋面料和床罩、窗簾等裝飾面料，是常德紡機的主導產品之一，具有廣闊的市場前景。

During ShanghaiTex 2017， Changde Textile Machinery Co.， Ltd. is to exhibit its E2296-136-E22 warp knitting machine and E2528/3A series new high-speed warp knitting machine.

E2296-136-E22 warp knitting machine is developed by Changde Textile Machinery based on the market demand in 2016， which is specially designed for producing jacquard warp knit spacer fabrics. This machine is mainly used for weaving 3 - 12 mm spacer fabrics， which can be widely used in shoe materials， car upholstery and automotive interior fabrics， mattress fabrics and other bedding products. The machine is equipped with 7 guide bars that are meet the user needs for a variety of space fabric design.

It is of high mechanical and electrical integration， and the use of electronic let-off， electronic traction and electronic pattern drive （optional） has greatly facilitated the users in product development and design， process adjustment and operation and maintenance. The warp knitting machine can be used for the minimal weaving of 3 mm to the maximum of 12 mm， allowing a wide range of single yarn （space yarn） raw materials. The machine adopts frequency control， and the maximum weaving speed can reach 500 courses / minute.

E2528 / 3A series of new high-speed warp knitting machine is a single needle bar high-speed warp knitting machine that Changde Textile Machinery launched in September 2016 on the basis of the original E2528 / 3-218 warp knitting machine.

The series of warp knitting machine uses the compound needle with a working width of 218 inches， 186 inches， and 238 inches （more working width will be launched in the following）， two gauges （needles/inch） of E28 and E32， and the Max. speed of 2，200 rpm. It is of high mechanical and electrical integration， and the use of electronic let-off and electronic traction has greatly facilitated the users in operation and maintenance. The Taurus 2.170XP opens new horizons for the flat knitting industry. This machine contains two innovations patented by Steiger： the compound needle and the storage punch. This unique construction allows complete garment knitting， multilayer knitting， complex in-lay and intarsia. The recognized Steigers strengths as the take-down， the open carriage are optimized on the Taurus 2.170XP. This machine employs 36G needle， with small needle gauge， which is 3 routes in 1 inch. The central lifting and adjusting system can regulate the gram weights of the fabrics conveniently and quickly. The oil-immersion gear drive design brings down the height of the entire machine， thus enabling the machine to be more consistent with the operating habits of the Asian people. This machine is suitable for various weaving materials， such as the cotton yarn， blending， polyester， nylon， acrylic fibers， spandex and so on. The fabrics are meticulous， distinct in texture and exquisite in hand feeling. Therefore， they are widely used for the fabrics of the high-end clothes.

This machine is independently developed. Its unique singleface feeding nozzle has proprietary intellectual property rights and has already applied for the national patents. Its characteristics are as follows： the traditional spandex mean of enabling the spandex to enter into the pinhook in the needle latch closing movement has been changed. At present， the pinhook can weave the blank cloth directly， so as to reduce the damage and abrasion of the fibers of spandex yarn.
